Following the diagram below make each of the triangle and square units required for the quilt, take care to place the print fabric half square in the right direction when sewing each of the units together. Refer to the main diagram to note each fabric combination. Each HST unit is made from one of the cut from the 4 7/8 squares, two 2 1/2 background squares, and two of the cut from the 2 7/8 print squares. Begin with one 2 1/2 square and two matching cut from 2 7/8 squares. Sew as shown below. Repeat to complete the second.

Once you have completed the blocks, sew them into rows as shown in the diagram, making the number of each row shown on the next page. 5. With the rows completed, sew them together in the order shown on the last page. 6. Quilt and bind as desired.
