2 Logging in You ll log into te mobile app te same way you d log into te standard Sonic Boom web portal. Just open te app, and eiter: Tap Existing member if you re already a Sonic Boom member. OR Tap New user if you aven t created an account yet, and follow te prompts to register. Tat s it! Ten you can dive in and ave fun building ealtier abits on te go!

3 dasboard Tis is te screen you ll see wen you first log in (and eac time you re-start te app in te future). Ceck out te blue numbered circles for tips on were to look and tap. Callenges Profile Tap ere to view/update your personal profile (see next page for details). 5 Caugt Ya Daily points View te points you ve earned so far today. Message Center View your messages/alerts ere (a red number will appear wen you ave new messages). Filter and sort Tap ere to modify your gallery view. 5 Public gallery Scroll troug to see wat s going on wit oters in your organization. Tap on an image to view te full post (or to like it / add a comment). Tap te in te top-rigt corner to return to te main gallery. 6 Navigation panel 6 Use tese buttons to access our oter main modules

4 - Personal Profile Once you tap on your profile image in te top-left corner of your dasboard, tis is wat you ll see: Callenges Caugt Ya Settings Tap ere to configure your personal preferences (including opting into Busted if you d like to participate in tat activity), cange your username/ password, contact our support team, or log out of te app. Tap a to return to your profile. Tap to return to te dasboard. Profile picture Tap o Edit to add/cange your profile picture. Personal tagline Tap ~ Edit to add/cange your personal goals, motivators, or te overall wellness slogan you aim to live by. (Tis space is for YOU to write watever your wy is for practicing ealtier abits ave fun wit it!) Point totals View your total points (and progress toward your next point milestone). *Prize Points not enabled for all orgs.

5 Wen you use te navigation panel to access te module, tis is wat you ll see: Callenges Caugt Ya Settings Tap ere to view your registered activity tracker (or to register a new tracker). Stats View your daily stats for steps, minutes, miles, and calories burned (as well as your progress toward your daily goals for eac). Tap te arrows to te left and rigt to view previous days activity. Last offload Ceck ere to confirm your latest offload time. (If your last offload is older tan you expected, open your device app and fully sync before cecking again.) Averages and bests Scroll down ere to view your daily average (and personal best) for eac metric. 5

6 Registering a device to your account (If you already ave a device registered to your Sonic Boom account, skip aead to page 8!) Callenges If you don t ave an activity tracker registered to your Sonic Boom profile, you ll see te following screen wenever you tap on te navigation panel: Caugt Ya Tap Register a new device / application and follow te prompts to register your device to your Sonic Boom profile (see next page for details). 6

7 Registering a device to your account (cont.) Callenges Caugt Ya. Coose your device from te list (or coose Oter Devices if yours isn t listed), and tap Continue to start te registration process.. You ll be redirected to te login screen for te device you selected (e.g., if you ave a Fitbit, you ll be directed to log into te Fitbit app).. Tap Allow to permit your device data to flow into your Sonic Boom profile.. Tap OK to return to te dasboard. Note: Wen you first register your device, it will take 5-0 minutes for te data to sync from your device s app to your Sonic Boom profile. Close out of te app and ceck back later to view your stats. 7

8 Callenges Caugt Ya Wen you use te navigation panel to access te Callenges module, tis is wat you ll see: Callenge feed Scroll troug to view te most recent Callenges (and a brief intro summary for eac) in cronological order. Callenges (of-te-day) Callenge stats See ow many potos and comments ave been posted to eac callenge. Callenge details Tap into individual Callenges to view teir full content and engage in recommended activities (see next page for details). 8

9 Callenges Caugt Ya Once you open a Callenge and read troug it, scroll to te bottom were you can: Complete it Once you ve completed te activity, tap Mark as complete to give yourself credit and earn your points. 5 Rate it Rate te callenge by tapping te number of stars you d like to associate wit te content. (5 stars = Loved it! star = Me... ) 7 Callenges (cont.) Add a comment Sare your tougts about te callenge by tapping Add someting! at te bottom of te screen and typing in your comment. Wen you re ready to sare your comment publicly, tap Post

10 Callenges Caugt Ya 8 Like and comment on oter people s posts 9 Callenges (cont.) Tap ` to like someone else s poto or comment. Comment on someone else s comment by tapping c directly beneat teir comment. Add a poto Tap te gray camera icon in te bottomleft corner if you d like to add a poto to your COD comment. Add your poto, write your comment, and tap te orange Post button. Take poto: Tap o to take a live poto and attac it to your COD comment. From gallery: Tap Q to add a poto from your pone s existing poto gallery. Once you ve located te poto you d like to use, select te poto and tap Coose 8 Tap a in te top-left corner wenever you d like to return to te main Callenge feed. 9 0

11 Caugt Ya Wen you use te navigation panel to access te Caugt Ya module, tis is wat you ll see: Me feed Tap ere to view your own personal Callenges Caugt Ya istory (bot given and received). Note: If someone catces you, it will Caugt Ya appear in your personal m Me feed until you coose to sare it publicly by tapping Sare attaced to te post. Public feed Scroll troug to see wo s been catcing wom witin your organization (and for wat kinds of ealty/unealty beaviors!). Like a post Tap ` to like someone s post in te feed. Add a comment Tap c and type your comment in te Add a comment box, ten tap Post wen you re ready to sare it.

12 Callenges Caugt Ya Catc someone To catc a colleague, tap + Catc Someone! at te bottom of te screen on te main Caugt Ya feed, ten: Caugt Ya (cont.) Coose a Caugt Ya type. Caugt Ya Tap to reward someone s ealty beavior. Your organization as opted out of Busted!, so if you want to use it (to old yourself and/or oters accountable for unealty beaviors), you ll need to opt in. Here s ow: o From te dasboard, tap your profile image in te top-left corner. o Tap te * to access your Account Settings. o Tap te s under Caugt Ya: Busted! o Read te participation terms and coose Yes at te top. o Tap Done and ten tap Save and you re good to go! o Tap te in te top-rigt corner to return to te dasboard. o Come back to te Caugt Ya dasboard, and tap to bust yourself (or oters).

13 Caugt Ya (cont.) Pick your target Searc by name in te Wo did you see? bar, or scroll troug te alpabetical list to find te person you ve caugt being ealty (or busted being unealty). Callenges Caugt Ya Add your content. Add a reason: Once you ve selected te proper recipient, add an explanation (or some encouraging words) ere. (Optional) Add a poto: If you captured te moment wit a picture, tap + Add Poto to add a poto to your post. o Take Poto: Tap o to take a live poto and attac it to your COD comment. o From Gallery: Tap Q to add a poto from your pone s existing poto gallery. Once you ve located te poto you d like to use, select te poto and tap Coose Tap Post

14 Wen you use te navigation panel to access te module, tis is wat you ll see: Callenges Reward period You ll automatically see your current reward period. You can also tap on te date to switc between past and current reward periods if you d like. Caugt Ya My Totals Earned Tis is an at-a-glance list of te rewards tat you can earn (and your progress toward earning tem). Tap to see te categories of activities tat are available/required for eac incentive (and te progress you ll make by completing eac one!). You can come back to tis page to ceck your progress at any time.

15 (cont.) Once you open a reward category, you ll see a list of available activities to complete. Callenges list Tap View activities to see an expanded list of eac category. Read troug te activity descriptions and complete your activities to earn your rewards. Caugt Ya Verified activities All activities tat can be verified by our program or by your activity tracker will automatically populate on te module. No extra action is required by you to log tese activities simply tap on te activity to ceck your verified progress. 5

16 Callenges Caugt Ya m (cont.) Self-reported activities Some activities can be self-reported. Self-report your activity completion by tapping on te activity and answering te prompts (Wat did you do? And wat was te date tat you completed te activity?). Adding proof. For some activities, you may be required to add some extra proof of completion. Tap + Add Proof to upload a file (poto, receipt, doctor s note, etc.) from your mobile device as proof tat you completed te activity. You can eiter take a poto in real time, or upload one from your device s gallery. Wen your self-reported data is complete, tap Submit. Questions?
