3 How Do I Log In? 1 Log in to using your username and password. 3

4 How Do I Watch A Video? 1 Log in to using your username and 2 password. Click on the image of your current course. 4

5 How Do I Watch A Video? 3 Select the level, subject, and lesson you would like to watch 4 Select the Watch Video button to view the video. 5

6 How Do I Take An Assessment? 1 On the Learner Portal, click Continue Course to start the 2 assessment of your current course level. When you are ready to write the assessment, click on the Start Assessment button. 6

7 How Do I Take An Assessment? 3 To start with the first question, click on the question itself to 4 bring up the possible answers. Once you have entered your answer, select Next Question to move on to the following question. 7

8 How Do I Take An Assessment? 5 When you have answered all of the questions in this 6 assessment, select the I m Finished button. If you are sure that you are done with your assessment, click on Submit Answers to save it. 8

9 How Do I Take An Assessment? 7 Once you ve submitted your answers, a results box will appear. Select Back to Course to return to the assessment list. 9

10 How Do I Review An Assessment I Have Just Written? 1 Once you ve written an assessment and have submitted your 2 answers, a results box will appear. Select the Review Assessment button to see your answers. After you ve clicked on Review Assessment, you will be able to see which questions you got right and which ones you got wrong. When you select a question number you will be taken directly to your answer 10

11 How Do I Review An Assessment I Have Just Written? 3 When you have reviewed your assessment, click the Back to Course button to return to your assessment list. 11

12 How Do I Review An Assessment I Have Written In The Past? 1 When on your Learner portal, click on the course image. 2 Select the course level, subject, and the assessment you would like to review. 12

13 How Do I Review An Assessment I Have Written In The Past? 3 Click on the assessment title. Once clicked, you ll be taken to 4 your previously submitted assessment where you can review your answers and results. When done, click on the Home button in the top left corner to return to your Learner dashboard. 13

14 How Do I Download Course Documents And/Or Course Outlines? 1 When on your Learner portal, select the course image or course 2 name. When on your course, select Download Course Documents. 14

15 How Do I Download Course Documents And/Or Course Outlines? 3 A pop-up list will then appear. Download the document you are looking for by simply clicking on it 15

16 Where Can I Find My Progress Chart? 1 When on your Learner portal, click on the Progress icon. 2 Here you will be able to see how many theory and practical assessments you have completed for a particular course. 16

17 How Do I View My Completed Courses? 1 When on your Learner portal, select the Completed Courses 2 button as indicated. Here you will be able to see the courses you have successfully completed. 17

18 How Do I Change My Password? 1 When on your Learner Portal, click on Edit Profile as indicated. 2 Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the Change password button. 18

19 How Do I Change My Password? 3 Enter your new password and then select the Update button. You will now be able to log in to using your new password. 19

20 How Do I Edit My Profile? 1 When on your Learner Portal, click on Edit Profile as indicated. 2 Populate the various fields with your personal information. 20

21 How Do I Change My Profile Picture? 3 To change your profile picture, scroll down to the bottom of the 4 page and select the Change profile picture button. Upload an image and select the Update button. This only updates your profile picture. 21

22 How Do I Change My Profile Picture? 5 Once you have finished making all of the changes to your profile, select the Update button at the bottom of the page to confirm all of your changes. 22

23 What Is The News Tab? 1 When on your Learner portal, click on the News button as 2 indicated Here you will be able to find various blog posts. To read the blog post, simply click on the blog post s title. 23

24 What Is The News Tab? 3 To post a comment on the blog post, scroll down to the bottom 4 of the page and type your message. When you ve finished typing your comment, select the Submit Comment button and your comment will be shared with the rest of the community. 24

25 What Is The Messages Icon? 1 When on your Learner portal, click on the messages icon as 2 indicated. Here you will find personal messages sent to you by the Lobster Ink team. To read a message, simply click on it. If there is a pink number next to it, it means you have a new message. 25

26 What Is The Messages Icon? 3 When you ve finished reading the message, select the Back To 4 Inbox button to return to your message inbox. To delete a message, simply click on the cross next to the message as indicated. 26
