Altaaat s service offerings include the formulating of leadership development strategies, the delivery of bespoke individual and group leadership development programs and the publishing of local current and historical leadership case studies; all targeting the GCC region s governments, public entities, businesses in the various sectors, and local educationalbodies. Altaaat works with an internationally educated and highly experienced local team of leadership development educators and trainers, executive coaches and mentors, researchers including organization and people development consultants. Members of the team are graduates of some of the world s top ranking Universities, haveworked with leadinginternational consulting houses, advised local governments, public entities and businesses, and coached reputed and talented leaders, emerging leaders,entrepreneurs, and managers from this region. What Does Altaaat Mean? The Arabic word Altaaat is a term we invented as a way by which to construct methodologies for achieving a particular goal and that by outlining the steps required for achieving that goal through the use of verbs that start with the Arabic letter ta and which Altaaat implies the plural of. The beauty of the Altaaat methodology lies in the fact that it simplifies the task of achieving any goal by dividing the task up into simple and achievable steps that can then be easily remembered. 3

9 Program Fees PROGRAM FEES OPTIONS NO. OF TRAINING PASSES MONTHLY RETAINER FEE COST / TRAINING PASS ,000 AED 1,200 AED ,000 AED 3 1,000 65,000 AED 1,020 AED Saving 15% 780 AED Saving 35% A pass is equivalent to a training day and can be given to anyone. Passes must be consumed at a pro rata per month to contract value only, at a minimum. TERMS OF AGREEMENT Contract Cancellation 30 days written notice to Altaaat Leadership Development. At the time of notice, remaining passes up to the cancellation date will be pro rata and have to be utilized before end of contract otherwise passes will be forfeited. For passes exceeding the pro rata at the time of cancellation, the cost of these will be included in the final invoice. Course Cancellation Once training booked using passes it can only be canceled before 30 days, cancelation within 30 calendar days will charged as 100% of passes. Passes can be transferred to other trainings in the same month one week prior to original course start date. 9
