Advised Al Noor Hospital on the acquisition of the Manchester Clinic and Al Madar Clinics across the UAE. Advised a consortium of investment companies in Abu Dhabi on their proposed acquisition of a catering facility group. Advised the shareholders of Emirates College of Technology on the sale of Emirates College of Technology, an education facility incorporated in Abu Dhabi, to Rashed Al Rashed, an investment company incorporated in Saudi Arabia. Advised the shareholders of Dimensions Healthcare on their sale of 100% of the share capital of Dimensions Healthcare to IMS Health, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Advised a quasi-governmental private equity group on its proposed acquisition of interests in a proton cancer therapy center in Saudi Arabia. Advised UPS on its 51% acquisition of a parcel services company in the Emirate of Dubai.
