With a long and established history within the advisory space, he made his mark in business transformation, growth, and strategy. Garrett is formerly Associate Director at Arup (SA), leading the Management Consulting business for sub-saharan Africa, and Sr. Manager at Deloitte Consulting (SA). Billy Chipane, Sr. Venture Advisor A qualified Chartered Accountant (SA), Billy is a former Vice President and Director of M&A, Metals and Mining at Societe Generale London and former Vice President at The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Billy acts as a non-executive director and special venture advisor at the firm, supporting the development of our operational companies. Mpho Manyapelo, Venture Partner Mpho has been involved in various companies at both the executive and non-executive levels. At Matt&Co, she is a Venture Partner and Advisor to the firm. She is co-founder of CSI Africa Group (CSIAG) as well as CSI Technologies South Africa. Mpho acts as the broad base partner at Congress Rental (SA), holding the role of Executive Director, Business Development and Client Relations. Lerato Thelejane, GM: Venture Operations As General Manager of Venture Operations, Lerato brings broad experience across the full human capital value chain. Her background spans stints in 2 of the big 4 consulting houses in such sectors as FMCG, Financial Services, and Retail. Pila Rulashe, Sr. External Advisor Pila is the Executive Director of Cornerstone Business Solutions (CBS). The company conducts market and financial feasibility studies and develops strategies and business plans for private and public sector clients. Over 15 years of experience at such firms as Statistics South Africa (StatsSA), Accenture, Bluepeter, Grant Thornton and the Development Bank of South Africa.
