3 Charles Ng Group Finance Director, Club 21 Charles is the Group Finance Director of a high-end lifestyle company with business operations across Asia. He started off his career in the audit profession with an international accounting firm and also has more than 20 years of commercial experience in the retail, lifestyle and hotel management industry. He is involved in his employer s regional businesses with responsibilities in the areas of financial management, tax, business and corporate planning. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Hometeam NS Clubhouse and is also an active member in the Police National Service Voluntary Extension Scheme holding the rank of DAC (NS). He is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore recognized by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants ( ISCA ).

4 Koo Nguang Siah Senior Vice President & Group Financial Controller, Cerebos Pacific Ltd. Koo joined Cerebos Pacific Limited in Prior to joining Cerebos, he had worked as an auditor and regional finance work for both a local listed engineering group in Singapore and an US MNCs. With close to 30 years of his career, he had experiences in the various areas of finance control for businesses including auditing, accounting, corporate finance, treasury, tax, insurance, risk management and system implementation. Currently, he is the financial controller for the Health Supplement Division of the Suntory Beverage and Food Asia Pte. Ltd. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accounting degree. He is also a non-practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

5 Tan Kwang Hwee, William Chief Financial Officer, Ley Choon Group William joined Ley Choon Group in July 2015 as Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for financial matters of the Group. He has more than 12 years of experience in SGX-listed manufacturing/construction environments with diverse roles including full finance spectrum, corporate affairs, HR & administration, operations, as well as Big Four audit experience with MNCs & local enterprises spanning multi-industries. Mr Tan graduated with Honours with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the National University of Singapore, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting (First Class Honours) from the Oxford Brookes University, UK. A Chartered Accountant of Singapore, and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, he was also an ACCA Prize Winner and Top 30 Affiliate. In addition, Mr Tan obtained his MBA from Manchester Business School, UK.

7 Jason Tan Director, EY Advisory Services Jason is a Director in EY s Advisory Services team, focusing on finance and business process transformation. He has more than 16 years of experience in business consulting and financial audit. Jason has developed deep competencies in the following areas from his extensive experience working across different projects for clients in both the public and private sectors: Finance Transformation Business Process Improvement Corporate Governance Market feasibility studies Strategic Planning Jason has a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

8 Lynette Seah Founder and CEO, Alpha7 Lynette brings over 28 years of experience in finance, operations, business and project management. Lynette s expertise lies in helping businesses leverage technology to improve productivity, increase customer reach and improve bottom lines, by balancing people, processes and technology with Priorities, constraints & budgets. Prior to setting up Alpha7 in 2014, Lynette served as Vice President of Finance and Strategy and member of the APAC management team at Salesforce.com for eight years. Salesforce is the fastest growing enterprise cloud company globally. Lynette has also held senior management roles at PWC, JD Edwards and Interwoven.

9 Rafael Lam Case Team Leader, Bain & Company Rafael is currently a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company in Singapore. He graduated from Singapore Management University with a double degree in Business Management and Accountancy before starting at Bain as an Associate Consultant in Rafael specialises in Financial Services, especially consumer/commercial banking and capital markets: Strategy design Operating model and organization design Customer experience design He also recently graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD this year. Outside of work, Rafael is passionate about mentorship at his church where he is a youth group leader.

Zan specialises in financial controllership & business planning, finance shared services, internal audit & risk management, corporate finance, project management, and tax, treasury & credit.
