Joss is currently working with a number of software companies, either at board level, or as a consultant. Companies range from startups to global companies

4 Joss co founded Inmatrix in 1998 and grew the company from 3 employees to over 40 today, with thousands of users in over 20 countries worldwide. Joss was heavily involved in all aspects of the business, including, development, sales & presales, contract negotiations, finance, setting up of the US office, project management, training & negotiating with investors & VC s As Inmatrix corporatized, Joss took on the role of Product Director, where he was responsible for the Inmatrix product range. Joss decided to leave Inmatrix in October 2008, to pursue other interests, he retains his shareholding.

7 Joss co founded Pacific Financials in 1995 and was the designer of the multi award winning Insight Financial Performance Software. After writing the help, user manuals and training courses, Joss took the role of Marketing Director and was instrumental in setting up distribution channels in Australia & Europe, as well as selling the product to the Bank of America Joss sold his interest in Pacific Financials in 1997

8 Joss co founded Goalfix Victoria in 1991, and was responsible for successfully breaking the Goalfix product into the Australian market Goalfix Victoria was the most successful Goalfix office worldwide for almost 2 years. Joss was responsible for setting up the Business Health Assessment Program with the Victorian Small Business Development Corporation, which assisted over 1,500 Victorian Businesses
