Jean François Teisseire is a founding partner of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm. A French national, he completed his legal education in Paris at the University of Paris II (Assas) before undertaking his practice in France, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Jean François has advised clients in Brazil-France cross-border transactions for over thirty years and is recognized as a trusted benchmark of legal service to the Franco-Brazilian community. His focus lies in social law, business competition law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments and intervention and arbitration. Jean François currently holds positions as General Secretary of the Board of the European Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration (CAE), as President of the Brazilian Association of French Speaking Attorneys, as International Relations Director of the National Council of Intervention and Arbitration (CONIMA) as well as being a member of the Brazilian Committee of Arbitrations and of the Board of Directors of the Chambers of Commerce France-Brazil. Patricia Freitas Fuoco is an attorney and mediator as well as founding partner of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm. With more than 20 years experience in cross-border transactions coupled with strong negotiation skills, Patricia renders legal advice to domestic and foreign companies and drafts and negotiates contracts that cover complex commercial transactions and real estate operations. Additionally, she is experienced in mediation advocacy, acting as counsel in cross-border and domestic mediations. Patricia is a graduate of the Law School of Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and has completed negotiation and mediation courses at Harvard Law School in the United States. She holds a postgraduate specialization degree in governance and legal planning in family businesses from the Law School of São Paulo (FGV). Meyer Gottardi is a founding partner of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm with more than seventeen years experience in structuring and implementing corporate agreements, real estate transactions, and advising on mergers and acquisitions. She has worked for major law firms as well as in the legal departments of private companies and government agencies. Juliana is a member of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation Family Business Group (GEEF), member of the Board of Scandinavian Church and Vice President of Norway Brazil Chamber of Commerce. 12 ADRIANO BORDONE CONSENTINO Adriano Consentino leads the French Desk of the office. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation, focused on foreign investments in Brazil. He is a member of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm since Adriano is a law graduate from the University Mackenzie and holds an MBA degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/EAESP). He lived and studied in France, where he completed his first LL.M. at Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas, Paris, France) with an emphasis in international commercial law. Some time later he lived and studied in the United States of America, where he pursued his second LL.M. at the University of Notre Dame Law School (Notre Dame, Indiana, USA) focused in corporate law and securities regulation. He was awarded the Faculty Award for Excellence for his performance in the Payment Systems program. He has full professional proficiency in English and in French.

13 ANDREAS ROBERT BEYERSDORF Andreas Robert Beyersdorf has been rendering consulting services to foreign investors in Brazil for over twenty years, being an associate with international financial institutions (Banco Sudameris, Banco Safra) and law firms (Florence, Pinheiro Neto, Araújo e Policastro), with a focus on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and project finance. He graduated from the University of São Paulo - USP - Law School, concentration area Business Law. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and of the São Paulo Lawyers Association and a former member of the Junior Chamber of the Brazilian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 14 BRUNA TUBERTINI DELMORIO Bruna Tubertini Delmorio is a corporate and civil law attorney. She is a graduate of PUC/SP Law School (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) with a postgraduate specialization degree in civil procedure and consumer Law from PUC/SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo). Bruna garnered nearly fifteen years of professional experience prior to joining PNST. She had been employed as an attorney for multinational corporations in the chemical and mining sector, as a coordinator of mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring projects, performing due-diligence and project financing while leading multidisciplinary teams. Bruna has extensive experience in business contracts. She is a native Portuguese speaker, is fluent in Italian and English and has some working knowledge of Spanish.

15 BRUNO MIRABILE Bruno Mirabile is an international business lawyer with a degree in economics. He has practiced law for thirteen years in a wide range of settings including, but not limited to, advisement on commercial transactions, project finance and corporate restructurings, foreign investments and alternative dispute resolutions. He is an arbitrator listed with the European Chamber of Arbitration in São Paulo (Eurocâmaras/CAE). Having completed his legal education in France (with an LLM and DEA) at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Bruno worked for a few years at a well-regarded law firm in France before joining Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm. He is a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and French and has some knowledge of Italian.

16 FABIANO CARDOSO ZAKHOUR Fabiano Cardoso Zakhour graduated from the Law School of Presbyterian University Mackenzie, São Paulo, in 1996 and has pursued additional coursework in environmental law from PUC (Pontifícia Universidade Católica), São Paulo, and in corporate law with emphasis on agreements from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, São Paulo (Fundação Getúlio Vargas). Prior to joining Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm, Fabiano spent the better part of twenty years working for other well known law firms in Brazil (De Vivo, Whitaker e Castro Law Firm and A.J. Pacífico Law Firm), advising companies in various industry sectors including telecommunications, foodstuffs and chemical companies. He has also been employed with ABN Amro Bank and with educational companies as well. Fabiano is a member of the Corporate Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association, Subsection Pinheiros, São Paulo. Fabiano heads the civil litigation department of PNST. A native Portuguese speaker, Fabiano is also fluent in English and possesses some working knowledge of Spanish and German.

17 FLÁVIA HORN ALLEGRO FARAH Flávia Horn Allegro Farah has acted as advisor on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, joint ventures, project finance and corporate restructurings, foreign investments, import and export deals and other commercial transactions. Flávia holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. She also holds a technical degree in Industrial Management from Deutsche Berufsschule (IFPA) and an LL.M. in corporate law from Insper São Paulo. Her previous employers included Rolim, Viotti e Leitte Campos Law Firm, Zilveti e Sanden Law Firm, Uría Menéndez Law Firm, Lacaz Martins, Pereira Neto, Gurevich e Schoueri Law Firm. 18 ISADORA CARVALHO ALGORTA Isadora Carvalho Algorta is a lawyer with 10 years of experience in tax law, with emphasis in advisory and tax planning. She has an LL.M (Master of Laws) degree in International Tax Law at Vienna University of Business and Economics (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien), Austria. Isadora completed her Bachelor degree in Law at Mackenzie University, Sao Paulo and she has a post-graduate degree in Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT). She also attended the European and German Law Course at Munich University (Ludwig Maximilians Universität - LMU), Germany. Prior to joining Pacheco Neto, Sanden, Teisseire Law Firm, Isadora had worked as a senior consultant in International Tax Services at Ernst & Young and as a tax lawyer for the prestigious law firm Lacaz Martins, Pereira Neto, Gurevich and Schoueri. She also worked in the German law firm Melchers Rechtsanwälte in Heidelberg, Germany. In 2016, Isadora worked in the Tax Committee of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs at United Nations (UN), New York Headquarters, EUA. She is native in Portuguese, fluent in English and she has knowledge of Spanish and German.

19 JULIA KRAUTTER ROMEIRO Julia Krautter Romeiro is an internationally experienced professional with great expertise in international contracts and business law in addition to possessing various recognized academic achievements. She completed her legal education in Germany with an LL.B. at Bonn University in Switzerland before obtaining a PhD at the University of St. Gallen. In the United States, she received an LL.M. at the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining PNST, she worked for the International Red Cross in Geneva, Switzerland, as well as in the legal department of a German consumer and industrial products company in Düsseldorf and in Philadelphia. She has seven years of professional experience. Julia has also participated in an international lawyers program of an American law firm in New York City. Additionally, Julia advises her large international clientele in matters ranging from contracts to corporate law and project finance. She is currently active in assisting small to medium-sized businesses from German speaking countries. Julia is a native German speaker, fluent in English and Portuguese and has some working knowledge of French.

20 MARCOS CASTRO DE ANDRADE MELLO Marcos Castro de Andrade Mello has many years of practice in business and corporate law, especially in corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, incorporations, preparation for IPOs, joint ventures, import and export, real estate projects, among others. His previous positions include the Votorantim Group, Souza Cescon Advogados, Zilveti and Sanden Advogados, Tozzini Freire Advogados and in-house participation in listed companies in Brazil. 23 PATRÍCIA PERINAZZO C. MEDEIROS Patrícia Perinazzo C. Medeiros is corporate attorney with more than twelve years professional experience in legal consulting for both domestic and multinational companies. Her focus is on contract law involving complex business transactions, real estate operations, intellectual property, digital law, corporate law, and M&A. 24 RUI CAVENDISH Rui Cavendish started his career in leading Brazilian and international law firms before taking on the role of General Counsel at the subsidiary of a major Japanese multinational. Subsequently, Rui decided to launch his own ventures, acting as independent M&A and business development consultant to companies and football teams. He also started a successful real estate business which was sold upon his move to China in Rui has a JD from PUC/SP (Catholic University of São Paulo ) and an MBA from Hult International Business School in Shanghai, China. In addition, Rui has studied at King s College London in order to familiarize himself with the English legal system. Fluent in Portuguese, English, French, German and Spanish, he has a working knowledge of Italian, Dutch, Swedish and Chinese.

25 VALDIRENE LAGINSKI Valdirene Laginski specializes in civil, consumer and labor law advisory services and litigation for domestic and international clients. She is a graduate of the Law School of Sorocaba (FADI), São Paulo, and holds postgraduate specialization degrees in consumer law from PUC/SP (Catholic University of São Paulo) and corporate labor law degree from FGV/SP (Fundação Getúlio Vargas).
