2 Amira Chammas Amira is currently acting as Legal Director of Formitex. She is a Legal Executive with more than 20 years of experience in the Brazilian legal environment, working in national/multinational companies, audit firms (Big Four) and large law offices. Amira also serves as a faculty at Insper School of Business and LEC Legal, Ethics & Compliance, where he teaches Planning, as well as Legal Metrics and Controls. Amira is a co-founder of the "Juridico Sem Gravata", an initiative to gather, discuss and share best practices among legal corporate professionals, besides proposing disruptive solutions to address recurring issues in daily management activities. 3 Carlos Frederico Andrade Fred has an extensive professional experience of more than 20 years in corporate and business law, what includes passages on multinational companies and renowned law firms. He is currently the Legal Executive Director of ZIGPAY, a Fintech with national presence in Brazil. Fred also serves as a faculty at Insper School of Business and at LEC Legal, Ethics & Compliance, where he teaches Crises Management and Business Law. Fred is a co-founder of the "Juridico Sem Gravata", an initiative to gather, discuss and share best practices among legal corporate professionals, besides proposing disruptive solutions to address recurring issues in daily management activities. 4 Eduardo Nogueira Eduardo is currently acting as the Legal and Compliance Vice President at DHL Supply Chain (Deuscthe Post DHL). He joined DHL in 2004, after having experiences in national/multinational companies, an audit and corporate consulting firm (Big Five) and private practicing. Eduardo also served as a faculty at Anhanguera University and LEC Legal, Ethics & Compliance, where he teaches Economics, Business Law and Innovation at Legal departments. Eduardo is a co-founder of the "Juridico Sem Gravata", an initiative to gather, discuss and share best practices among legal corporate professionals, besides proposing disruptive solutions to address recurring issues in daily management activities. Eduardo is one of the ILO/ACC 2018 award winners, being recognized in the M&A practice and winning the individual award for Latin America. LACCA also appointed Eduardo s team as the most active in Social Responsibility activities in And his team was also shortlisted, back in 2010, on the Antitrust category. Eduardo is an economist, holding a Bachelor s Degree from UNICAMP and also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from PUC Campinas and a Postgraduation Tax Law Degree from the same institution. He is certified in Ethics, Compliance and Fraud Prevention from Webster University (Geneva/Switzerland) and completed in 2017 the American Law Program at the Moritz College of Law (The Ohio State University).

5 Gustavo Biagioli Gustavo is currently acting as the Legal and Compliance Officer for Brazil at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle). He joined JLL in 2014, after developing a solid career in other global companies from different industries as a 20-year experience Legal and Compliance Executive. Gustavo also serves as a faculty at Insper School of Business, ARC Institute and LEC Legal, Ethics & Compliance, where he teaches Legal Management and Compliance disciplines. Gustavo is a co-founder of the "Juridico Sem Gravata", an initiative to gather, discuss and share best practices among legal corporate professionals, besides proposing disruptive solutions to address recurring issues in daily management activities. 6 Luciana Nunes Freire Luciana is currently acting as General Counsel and Head of Legal at the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo FIESP. She is a very influent Legal Executive in the country, having contributed for the approval for the major recent legislation changes in Brazil, such as the Brazilian Labor Reform approved in Luciana also serves as a faculty at Insper School of Business and at LEC Legal, Ethics & Compliance, where she teaches Government Relations, as well as Business and Labor Law. Luciana is very active at the Brazilian BAR association, serving currently as the President of the Sao Paulo BAR Commission for Legal Corporate Departments. 7 Roberta Codignoto Roberta is a Legal and Compliance Executive with more than 20 years of experience, both in the external consulting for legal departments and in the internal performance, organizing and training team of lawyers with generic profile. She has extensive international experience at STAPLES Inc. Roberta serves as a faculty at Insper School of Business and at LEC Legal, Ethics & Compliance, where she teaches Legal Negotiation and Business Law. She is a volunteer trainer and member of the WG "Strengthening Integrity for SMEs" of Alliance for Integrity (Afin), for Brazil and Argentina initiative that comprises national, multinational companies and international organizations.
