Starkman, Esquire Arnstein & Lehr LLP Chicago, IL Chair of his firm's Labor & Employment Law Practice Group, Mr. Starkman has acquired extensive experience counseling public and private employers on a broad range of personnel matters and corporate transactions with employment-related issues, including social networking issues, internal investigations, and corporate communications policies. He has successfully handled litigation involving cutting edge discrimination claims, actions seeking injunctive relief, class actions, compensations and benefit claims and other employment related issues in federal and state courts throughout the country. A Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, Mr. Starkman is an active member of the ABA and the Society of Human Resources Professionals. He is a Co-Chair of the Contingent Worker Subcommittee, a past Chair of the At-Will Employment Subcommittee and has served as the Management Chair of the Worker Dislocation Subcommittee of the ABA Employment Rights & Responsibilities Committee. Mr. Starkman frequently speaks on employment-related issues at conferences and seminars sponsored by ALI-ABA, BNA, PLI, and other professional groups. He has appeared on television and has been quoted in such national publications as the Wall Street Journal and the National Law Journal. He is a principal author of Employment Arbitration: Law and Practice (West/Thomson, ), a 1200-page treatise on employment arbitration from Thomson/West. Mr. Starkman's other recent published articles include Refueling Assistance for Drivers with Disabilities, 32 ABA Mental and Physical Disability Law Reporter 493 (2008), and "Protecting Your Company s Competitive Advantage Rethinking Restrictive Covenants & Alternative Strategies (Aspatore Pub. 2006). In 2009, he established the first employment law blog in Illinois (General-Counselor.com). Faculty Margaret A. Daley, Esquire Duff & Phelps, LLC Chicago, IL Margaret Peggy Daley joined Duff & Phelps in She is a managing director in the Chicago office and part of the firm s Dispute and Legal Management Consulting practice. She also is the co-chair of the Global Electronic Discovery and Investigations group. Having conducted investigations throughout North America, Asia, Europe and South America, Ms. Daley has more than 20 years of experience in investigations, electronic discovery, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. She was most recently a leader in the Disputes and Investigation practice at Navigant Consulting. Prior to that, she was a vice president and general counsel at a global litigation xiii

and security consulting firm. Ms. Daley began her career as a trial attorney at Kirkland & Ellis and later practiced at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal.

She spent 10 years handling large scale civil litigation, including product liability, securities and insurance coverage cases and conducting internal investigations. Ms. Daley specializes in high profile international money laundering, financial fraud, asset search and due diligence investigations for multinational corporations in a variety of industries. A nationally recognized expert in conducting investigations and frequently speaks on investigative and compliance issues, Ms. Daley is a certified anti-money laundering specialist, a certified fraud examiner and a licensed private investigator. She holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan. Mark S. Eisenberg, Esquire Eisenberg & Associates Los Angeles, CA Founder and principal of Eisenberg & Associates, Mr. Eisenberg has twenty years of experience in advising and representing businesses and individuals in business, commercial, personal injury and real estate transactions, litigation, trials and appeals in state and federal court.
