Lamson, PE, LS Mr. Lamson obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Mr. Lamson has been a Registered Civil Engineer in California since He worked 13 years for Krieger & Stewart, Inc., specializing in a wide variety of water related projects including master plans, special water studies, design, and construction management. He worked two years for Associate Engineers where he started their Water Engineering Department. Mr. Lamson is currently the Director of the Victorville Water District and is currently working on a wide variety of water supply issues including: the Oro Grande Groundwater Recharge Project, the R-3 Project with MWA, the construction of a 2.5 MGD industrial waste water treatment plant, an aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) groundwater injection project, recycled water projects, and local conservation efforts. 3 22450 Headquarters Drive Apple Valley, California Phone (760) Fax (760) BIOGRAPHY Kirby Brill, General Manager 2010 Kirby Brill has served as the General Manager at Mojave Water Agency since October Mr. Brill has worked in the public and private sectors during his 20 plus years of experience in Water Resources management. Prior to his employment at Mojave Water Agency, Mr. Brill was the Executive Director at San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority and also worked for the Orange County Water District. Mr. Brill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Geology, and he also holds a Master of Business Administration. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California.
4 Duane Baker Director of Management Services San Bernardino Associated Governments (909) Duane Baker is the Director of Management Services for San Bernardino Associated Governments, commonly known as SANBAG. Duane has held that position since August Duane s responsibility at SANBAG includes serving as liaison with the agencies of the Mountain/Desert area on issues of transportation planning, funding and programming as well as administering the local portions of Measure I, the ½ cent sales tax for transportation in San Bernardino County. Duane is also responsible for human resources, information technology, facilities and operating policies for SANBAG. Prior to joining SANBAG, Duane served as the Assistant City Manager for Hemet, California where he was responsible for community and economic development. Duane has over 20 years experience in the city management profession serving cities in Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties. Duane received his Bachelors in Political Science/Public Service from the University of California, Riverside and his MPA from Cal State Fullerton. He is a native of the Inland Empire, raised in Montclair and currently resides in Temecula with his wife Mary. He and his wife are the proud parents of eight children.

McGlade City Engineer, City of Victorville John McGlade, better known as Sean McGlade, is a native of Belfast, Northern Ireland. Sean was educated in Belfast, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Queen s University in He spent the next five years working in public works construction as a Site Engineer, building road and harbor projects. Before immigrating to the United States, Sean spent a further three years running the family business, a pub, in Belfast s city center. Mr. McGlade started working for the City of Victorville in January 1984 as a Junior Engineer. He obtained his Professional Engineering License in 1986 and his Land Surveyor s License in Sean has served as City Engineer for Victorville since February 2000, managing a department with 43 staff members. Sean lives in Apple Valley with his wife and two children. The McGlade family enjoys camping, boating and traveling.

SANBAG is responsible for cooperative regional planning and furthering an efficient multi-modal modal transportation system countywide. SANBAG administers the ½ cent transportation sales tax (Measure I).
