Climate Change Reconsidered The Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC), had produced the 800-page report Climate Change Reconsidered in This was a collaborative effort of 37 scientists from 14 countries and contains more than 4,000 references to peer reviewed scientific literature. It is a comprehensive and authoritative response to the alarmist reports issued by the UN s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
