3 Goal Visioning Worksheet Goal setting is a tool that helps you get what you want out of life. It's your roadmap to success it s that simple! How to write your goals: A goal needs to be specific and measurable so that you can easily determine if you've achieved it. Here's an example of a wish: "I don't sell enough of my jewelry, I wish I had more business." And here's how to turn it into a goal: 1. Use affirmative language: "I will increase my sales by $2000/month" 2. Write in present tense: "I block out my calendar to do revenue generating active like making phone calls and sending s to clients and potential clients. My business is growing because of this" 3. Make it measurable: "I do this twice a week" 4. Be concise: "I do these revenue generating activities on Mondays and Wednesdays" 5. Be specific: "I do these revenue generating activities for 2 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays" Setting specific goals starts with figuring out your values; your goals are based on what is important to you! 5 Setting a Direction for Your Jewelry Business Properly set goals will give direction for your business. You need to choose goals that are inspired by improving your business in every way possible. Here is a quick brainstorming exercise to get your juices flowing: Developing my strong brand platform List 5 people that you are working with (or desire to work with) who are your ideal client. Creating Collections that sell List the top 5 pieces in your collection that appeal to your client above. Crafting a Sales plan that actually Works Review your sales goal for the year Write down the actual figure that you have sold. What is the difference? What will you need to change next year to improve?

6 Goal for Marketing & PR List your top five dream placements that you want to be featured in the next year. When you are finished listing what you want, you may need to revisit the other goal setting worksheets in this workbook. You want all your business goals to reflect the vision and direction you set.

7 Breaking Down Your Goals Long-term goals are awesome for creating a vision for your future, but such broad goals are mere pipe dreams if you do not break them down into manageable chunks. I will use a personal business goal as an example. Start with your 1 year goal and work backwards. Choose one of your 1 year goals and break it down into monthly and daily mini goals. Example: 1 Year Goal To earn $180,000 in a single calendar year from my jewelry business. Monthly Year Benchmark I must earn $15,000 in profit each month. Daily Mini-Goal I must earn $750 in profit each day. Immediate Action Goals Now that you have the goal broken down into manageable pieces, you need to create at least 3 specific actions each day that point directly to achieving your goals. Example: 1. Follow up with engagement ring inquiry 2. final design sketches for heirloom redesign client 3. Send paypal payment link to client for wedding band deposit. Now it is your turn!
