9 vip bonus update Beginning August 6, 2018, the VIP Bonus will now be 20% for all Agents, including Bronze and above Agents for the duration of this promotion.. terms Personal Group A personal group is a qualified Royale Agent s enroller tree (customers and agents) down to the next Agent qualified at the Royale rank. This group is established in the previous week and is used in the current week for the Team Customer Bonus. Generation A generation consists of the enroller tree (Agents and Customers) of the first Agent qualified at the Royale rank in the Agent s enroller tree, down to the next Agent qualified at Royale. Personal Group Customer Commission Volume (PGCCV) This unit is calculated weekly for Agents at the Royale rank using their Personal Group. It is the sum of all CV from orders placed by all customers in the Agent s Personal Group.
