This workshop will review fabricating and soldering a bezeled stone set ring. Students will use a sweat soldering technique to attach your bezel to finish off your ring. This is a nice project to use one of your favorite cabochons. Soldering basics and 4 additional hours of soldering Soldering Basics v $55 Saturday, March 2 (2-5pm) Learn the basics of soldering while creating this fashionable sterling silver linked bracelet. We ll cover soldering techniques where you ll learn how to heat and flow solder like a professional. We will also cover flux, solder, pickle, and the tools required to get you started. All skill levels welcome. Kit purchase is Hammered Ribbon Wire Cuff v $35 Sunday, March 3 (10am-1pm) This rustic cuff is deceptively easy to make and looks great on any wrist. Learn to form wire, hammer, texture and patina the metal for a beautiful finish. Requires good hand strength to manage heavy gauge wire. Brass and Bronze wire is not recommended. All skill levels welcome. Good hand strength is Let s Play v $35 Saturday, March 9 (10am-1pm) The peyote stitch, also known as the gourd stitch, is an off-loom bead weaving technique. Peyote stitch may be worked with either an even or an odd number of beads per row. In this class we will be using the even count stitch to create a pretty addition to your collection of bracelets! Previous peyote stitch experience is helpful but not required. Materials list. Mother Earth s Teardrop Pendant v $35 Saturday, March 9 (2-5pm) The teardrop is a powerful symbol that represents strength, courage, and leadership. Copper is known as the healing metal, and it is also the lucky metal. Copper is also known to enhance the properties of any stone that it is paired with. This particular design has gained popularity online. Please join us and learn how it is made. Previous wire working Silver and Gold v $25 Sunday, March 10 (11am-1pm) In this workshop you will be learning how to make an adjustable bangle. This style has been pretty popular the past couple years and has not gone out of style. Add a few personal charms to make it even more special and meaningful to you. You ll find yourself wanting to make more than just one bangle. Good hand strength is Starry Night Druzy Necklace v $35 Sunday, March 3 (2-5pm) Coiled wire, beaded chain and a fabulous Druzy pendant make for a dreamy necklace that would make Van Gogh proud. Students start with just a pile of fresh water pearls, Swarovski crystals and wire, and turn it into a beautiful statement piece. Bonus Instruction: S hook clasp & jump rings. All skill levels welcome. Previous wire working experience is helpful. Spinner Ring v $65 Thursday, March 7 (11am-4pm) This workshop will cover using textured metal and ring forming. Students will work on perfecting their soldering techniques and learn to use dappers to shape a ring band. Soldering basics and three additional hours of torch practice time is Metallic Ripples v $35 Sunday, March 10 (2-5pm) Layers of Delica beads are ladder stitched together creating an organic rippling effect resulting in a bracelet with more texture and play of light. Students will also have an opportunity to do a little bit of wire wrapping with two wire wrapped drops that anchor the bracelet. Basic bead weaving experience is helpful but not BYOP with Yvette v $5 Wednesday, March 13 (12-3pm) OR Wednesday, April 10 (12-3pm) Bring Your Own Project (BYOP) is an open beading session where you bring a project that you ve been working on, or may want to start, and bead in the company of other beaders. Yvette will be there to bead along with everyone and to assist when needed. Much like a friendship circle!

Its four layered design evokes core strength, much like an evergreen, and its loose right angle weave technique suggests the beauty of blooming flowers. Join us as we weave this adorable bracelet using a simple two-needle technique. All skill levels welcome. People who are deficient in copper may benefit from wearing copper jewelry since it can be absorbed through the skin. The healing properties of copper, in the form of bracelets, necklaces, rings, or earrings, can allow a minimal amount of the mineral into the body without overwhelming it. Use two gauges of wire to make a ring to adorn your hand. Previous wire experience is helpful but not Fine Silver Fused Bangles v $55 Saturday, March 16 (1-5pm) Take your fusing skills to the next level. In this workshop you will be learning how to fuse stackable bangles and link them with a stamped decorative connector ring. You will be working on your heat control to make sure you finish with some beautiful bangles. Previous Fine Silver Fusing experience is Gemstone Ladder Earrings v $25 Sunday, March 24 (10am-12pm) These delicate and light-filled earrings are a dream to wear. Beautiful gemstone rondelles and Fresh Water Pearls serve as the embellishment that give these earrings that special something! Made using two metals, it adds another layer of visual interest. All skill levels welcome. Obi Gemstone Shard Pendant Necklace v $45 Sunday, March 17 (10am-1pm) Japanese aesthetic is the epitome of the less is more concept with stunning results. Obi Gem Shard Pendant Necklace is a representation of that idea. Basic fabrication technique combined with special patina and surface treatments to create a beautiful piece of jewelry. Previous metal working class Textured Metal Slide v $45 Sunday, March 24 (1-5pm) This design is an exercise in cold working, cold connecting, controlled texturing, riveting and metal finishing. The slide can be used as a focal bead with a multi-strand necklace using beads, leather, etc, as well as a kumihimo rope. It is an opportunity for intermediate to advanced students to hone their metal working skills and learn some new tricks. Intermediate to advanced metal experience. Corona Ring v $45 Sunday, March 17 (2-5pm) The Corona Ring is inspired by an ancient Korean metal technique called Keum-Boo, which literally means attached gold. Students will fabricate and cold connect the ring components, apply the gold embellishment, and set a lovely stone or pearl cabochon. Beginner to Intermediate, but previous metal working experience is a must. Flat Netting Stitch fs v $25 Wednesday, March 27 (12-3pm) Netting, primarily used to capture and trap things. You can stitch it loosely for more of a fish net look, or tighter where you can barely see the netting. We will be steering towards the tighter stitch with this fashionable and versatile bracelet design. It s quick, simple and fun to make. In fact, this one could easily be finished in class. All skill levels welcome. Basic Wire Linking v $35 Thursday, March 21 (12-3pm) Permanently link beads and components together with this very popular and fundamental wire wrapping technique. Learn how to make a proper eye loop and wrap down wires for a snug and secure fit. Make a bracelet and even a matching pair of earrings. If you ve been interested in learning how to make a rosary, this technique is exactly what you ll need. All skill levels welcome. Juxtaposition v $35 Saturday, March 30 (10am-1pm) Using a juxtaposition pattern, students will bead loom weave a very unique and colorful bracelet. Follow along with the pattern or create your own along the way. Instructor will show different and contrasting patterns and allow students to choose where to place them. Loom bead weaving is helpful but not required. Kits available for purchase by pre-order. UFOs with Rachel v $35 Fri, March 22 (11a-2p) OR Tue, April 16 (11a-2p) UFOs: UnFinished Objects, aka projects, that you re itching to get done. Here s your opportunity to get your Rachel projects completed in this 3-hour class, where she will help you get back on track or refresh you on a technique. Bring any Rachel project and get them done! Only Rachel projects will qualify for this UFO class. Must bring all materials and written instructions to class. Bohemian Jewel v $35 Saturday, March 30 (2-5pm) A bit of Bohemian with a twist of bling, is the idea behind Bohemian Jewel. Using circular peyote stitch, encase a rivoli crystal for your bracelets focal piece. Also use a bit of right angle weave to make your beaded connectors. To finish, use suede lace and big hole beads to add a Bohemian flair. Previous peyote and right angle weave experience is required.

3 Vertebrae Bracelet v $35 Sunday, March 31 (10am-1pm) Chainmaille (aka chainmail or maille) is typically armor or jewelry made by connecting metal rings to one another. Although most historical made as armor, jewelry techniques were also used by cultures as diverse as the Vikings and the ancient Egyptians. Learn a new chainmaille pattern to create this beautiful bracelet. Previous chainmaille experience is required. Kits available in several metal options. Silver Etching v $45 Sunday, March 31 (2-5pm) Etching is a method of using chemicals to cut a design or pattern into a metal surface. Etching your own designs into metal is easier than it may sound, and it can be a fun! Learn the basics of how to use an etchant and a resist to complete the etching process. All skill levels welcome. Kit purchase is Copperly v $45 Sunday, April 7 (2-5pm) Fold-forming is a hand-working technique applied to single sheets of metal to create dimensional surfaces by using heat and force without any soldering. Learn to use a torch to anneal and shape thin gauges of metal. The possibilities are endless. Some metal working Meet Me in Morocco v $35 Thursday, April 11 (12-3pm) This workshop will go over how to use ladder stitch, herringbone, and netting stitch to create fully embellished earrings using a solid connector as the base. The vibrant colors make these earrings a nice transition into summer. Some herringbone and bead weaving experience is helpful. Swinging Hoop Earrings v $65 Thursday, April 4 (11am-4pm) In this workshop students will learn how to solder and texture a pair of large hoop earrings and also bezel set a pair of matching cabochons for the swinging dangles. Metal working, sawing, and soldering skills are Art Deco Beaded Drop Earrings v $25 Saturday, April 6 (10am-12pm) Learn to make these lightweight drop earrings using either posts, ear wires, clips or lever backs and a multitude of beads in different combinations to suit your favorite outfits. Using crimp covers gives the earring a professionally finished look. Students can expect to make at least 3 pairs of earrings or more. Bonus Instruction: Ear Wires. Previous bead stringing experience helpful but not Textural Circle Bracelet v $35 Saturday, April 6 (1-4pm) Practice makes perfect, right? Textural Circle Bracelet delivers that challenge. Fabricating bracelet links through basic bench techniques, die cutting, and texturing each link differently create visual interest. This piece is a pure pleasure to make and wear. All skill levels welcome. Requires standard fabrication tools, many of which can be rented when you sign up for class. Party Party v $35 Thursday, April 11 (4-7pm) Let s get the party started with color and cheer! Learn how to create right angle woven end connectors that are embellished with sparkling crystals. Personalize your piece by picking out beads that you want to string up into multiple strands that connect each end. It s a bracelet that looks good from any angle so you won t have to worry if it twirls on your wrist. Right angle weave experience is helpful. Crystals & Bows v $35 Saturday, April 13 (10am-1pm) by Nancy Sebestyen This cute little bracelet looks deceivingly difficult but is perfect for a new beader, and quite easy to weave. This two-needle weaving technique makes this bracelet quick to create and you ll be rewarded with a fun and fashionable bracelet to wear. All skill levels welcome. Beaded Crochet (2 Part Class) v $55 Saturdays: April 13 (2-5p) & April 20 (10a-12p) by Andrea Morris Crocheted or not, this two-part workshop will teach you the basics in crocheting with beads. This spiral stitch is easiest with larger beads but is easily adapted to smaller bead sizes and multiple bead sizes. Incorporate a focal bead, a clasp, or make it a roll-on bracelet. Some preparation is required prior to class date. All skill levels welcome. Here s the Twist v $35 Sunday, April 7 (10am-1pm) In this workshop students will be learning some wire wrapping techniques to create a fun twist and swirl pendant. Finish by stringing a complimentary necklace. Some wire working experience is Solitaire Ring v $25 Sunday, April 14 (10am-12pm) It s hip to be square with Solitaire Ring! Learn how to make a square ring blank and embellish it with a gorgeous stone or CZ. Square rings sit on fingers better and feel great to wear. This class requires a Modified Square Ring Mandrel. 4 Sunburst Pendant Necklace v $45 Sunday, April 14 (1-5pm) The beauty of two textured metals and a gorgeous stone cabochon combines to make a beautiful pendant using the cold connecting technique of riveting. Students will learn how to die cut metal, texture using various texturing hammers, a dimple plier and set a stone with a hand made bezel crafted from a metal disc or sheet. Previous metal working and cold connecting with Kat is helpful Ladder Weave Earrings v $35 Thursday, April 25 (11am-2pm) These two tone woven earrings are light as a feather, but offer visual interest using two different metals and pretty gemstone briolette drops. Students will learn to control the wire to achieve a ladder weave effect and a nice scroll to finish off the earring. Bonus Instruction: Making ear wires and using a ring clamp. All skill levels welcome. Previous wire wrap/ weaving helpful but not Advanced Knotting v $35 Saturday, April 20 (1-4pm) by Andrea Morris Nightfall Pendant v $35 Thursday, April 25 (4-7pm) A dark sky and a narrowing pathway creates an irresistable prelude to Nightfall. This two piece pendant combines numerous basic fabrication techniques for a stunning design. Cutting sheet, texturing, tube riveting, metal finishing and patina techniques will be covered. This pendant does not have to be blue. Previous fabrication experience is required. Use the old pros knotting techniques to create a piece of jewelry with a near hidden closure using french bullion wire. Also learn how to safely ream pearls to accommodate the doubling back of the silk to create a clean finish. You may also choose to create an infinity style necklace that drops right over your head and uses a hidden joining technique. Previous pearl knotting Venus Eight Pendant v $35 Sunday, April 21 (10am-1pm) We will be using beautiful black onyx like beads to make this elegant pendant that is shaped like the figure 8. The figure 8 has a Venus like shape that symbolizes women s strength and represents balance in life. Bringing these together with sterling silver wire gives this piece beauty and elegance.
