2 RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES FOR THE CURRENT JOB REPORTING AUTHORITY: SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER 1. As per the instruction, Schedule and arrange the compounding related works. 2. Inspection and monitoring of all compounding related works. 3. Quality controlling. 4. Responsibility in all process related works in the process line. 5. Submit shift report, Daily report, and Monthly report to Sr. Manager Productionin the prescribed format regularly. 6. Inform and give material requisition in advance for the process/ compounding related needs. 7. Assist all compounding /process related works for Sr. Manager Production Responsibility for all compounding related formats and documents. 8. Prepare compounding /process documents in the suggested formats. 9. Responsible for shift work planning and implementation. 10. Responsible for keeping plant in good manner and discipline. 11. SYNOPSIS OF PROJECT WORK NR Latex Carbon black master batch Our batch prepared Latex Carbon black Master batch by mixing carbon black dispersion with latex and coagulated using 2% formic acid. The coagulum is sheeted and dried. The studies prove that it is commercially viable and technologically high valued master batch.the process gives better dispersion of ingredients especially Carbon black, low power consumption keeping better environment- compared to conventional master batch.
