2 SITE GROUP FOR SERVICES AND WELL DRILLING Site Group for services and well drilling was founded in Jordan in 1993 with the vision of serving the natural resources industry in the Arab World and beyond. For more than two decades, we gave evidence of impressive performance in providing the oil, gas, water and mineral resources industries with the best services. Our first station was Turkey where we started the operations with 5 rigs and 15 employees. In 1995, the team went to Lebanon and successfully conducted almost 70% of the geotechnical studies for major projects. In 1996, Site Group expanded its operations to conduct its first turnkey project in Yemen. Pursuant to the success of the operations, we have been contracted and successfully completed other turnkey projects in Iraq, Kazakhstan and Palestine. Successively, Site Group continued its development to open new branches in different countries and widen its scope of work to provide turnkey services and solutions for the Natural Resources Sector. In 2009, Site Group became a member of The BAUER Group one of the leading companies in the industry. The Bauer Group is an international construction and machinery manufacturing concern based in Schrobenhausen, Bavaria. It is the parent company of more than 110 subsidiary businesses in the fields of construction, equipment and resources. Throughout the years, we have successfully completed the drilling of more than 350 wells in addition to coring and exploration mining works by applying our state of the art scientific procedures and methodologies utilizing the latest models of drilling rigs and other various equipment. Our rig fleet consists of 25 rotary, reverse circulation and deep oil drilling rigs. Site Group for Services and Well Drilling is committed to providing turnkey solutions and fully integrated services which meet clients and markets demands.
