2 ABOUT US DIMMS Control (Geotechnical Engineering Center in Intervention and Control of Structures and Land) was founded in 1992 and became operational in 1998 as a company specializing in the execution of geotechnical laboratory testing of soil and rock. The high qualitative and production standards characterizing from the beginning the "modus operandi DIMMS", contribute to the rapid growth of the company consolidated by the regular presence in the Great Infrastructure both nationally and internationally. The market requirements lead to the progressive development of new business lines and to enhance the services offered through the establishment of the associated to GROUP DIMMS. The internationalization process started brings, at last, to the position of the group in 2011 on the stock market, with the establishment of DIMMS Control SpA. 1

7 TECHNICAL & HUMAN RESOURCES The company has laboratories distributed over an area of 3000 m2 and a management team consisting of over 40 skilled technicians available to follow the company at any foreign site and in possession of the necessary know-how acquired through the many years of experience in Dubai, Saudi and Romania. DIMMS Control is equipped with laboratories capable of performing all types of geotechnical testing on soil or rock in both static and dynamic environment. In addition, the building materials laboratory allows to determine the performance characteristics of any materials (concrete, steel, mortars, binders, bitumen, etc..) verifying that they meet the design requirements To do this it uses a team of professionals able to provide a set of services modulable in relation to market requirements, in order to provide the best solution to the specific request. 11 DETTAGLIO BUSINESS UNIT OFFSHORE The development of the offshore branch of the DIMMS Control is intended as an objective to provide highly specialized services to oceanographic industry, represented mainly by large international energetic companies. In particular, the development plan provides the provision of OCEANOGRAPHIC SEISMIC both nearshore, offshore and coastal, to provide highly specialized services of 3d modeling characterization. This characterization also goes by the provision of services for GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS in the marine environment aim to the materials characterization affected by construction work. The core of the development plan is to provide also at the oceanographic field, excellent quality levels in the execution of geotechnical characterization tests according to standard DIMMS. In this regard it is possible the establishment of mobile research laboratories on PLATFORMS AND OCEANOGRAPHIC VESSELS for the execution of geotechnical, mechanical and sedimentological parameterization of materials investigated, as well as data processing and design support studies.
