4 PERSONNEL RENEWABLES RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS OIL & GAS OARS-HPSG SUBMARINE CABLE DREDGING OPERATIONS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES PROVISION OF PROJECT PERSONNEL ONLINE SURVEYOR: A variety of personnel available with extensive experience in Real-time surveying and positioning, vessel-mounted and subsea sensors. Support a variety of online software packages (EIVA, HYPACK, QINSy, WinFrog, etc.). Frequent training sessions offered online setup and acquisition software. HYDROGRAPHER: Specializing in singlebeam and multibeam data acquisition, vessel-mounted and subsea. Focus on IHO standards and high quality datasets. Several certified hydrographers on staff. DATA PROCESSOR: Offshore and onshore data post-processing support (multibeam, video, sonar, seismic). Support a variety of software packages (CARIS, EIVA, QINSy, Fledermaus, SonarWiz, VisualSoft, AutoCAD, ArcGIS). SURVEY ENGINEER / ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN: Mobilization, operation, and maintenance of survey equipment. Hydrographic, geophysical, positioning (surface and subsea). Interface of survey sensors to ROVs, AUVs, or tow fish. Networking of all survey related sensors to online survey system, and setup of remote monitors for online survey screen and ROV video. GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER: Geotechnical design analysis for subsea / offshore structure surveys. Expertise in laboratory testing, PCPT / borehole interpretation, soils engineering. GEOPHYSICIST: Geophysical and geotechnical analysis of the seabed and subsurface. Geohazard and UXO clearance, pipeline/cable route prelay & inspection surveys, and route development PARTY CHIEF: Liaison between on-site client representatives and survey personnel. Ensure scope of work is completed to client s satisfaction (quality, time & budget) and survey personnel are performing their jobs. Provide daily reports and updates as required. METROLOGY and ACOUSTIC SURVEYOR: Setup, test, and calibrate all equipment for USBL and LBL acoustic survey measurements. Perform metrology surveys for jumpers and spool pieces using LBL acoustics and other survey related sensors. Process survey data and present results for acoustic and metrology measurements. REPORTS SURVEYOR: Organize all survey data and write any required reports for large scaled projects with intensive survey operations and reporting requirements. DIMENSIONAL CONTROL and SCANNER SURVEYOR: Perform survey measurements for the fabrication of jumpers and spool pieces. Perform offset surveys and calibrations of vessels and their ancillary survey systems. GEODESIST: Research and verification of geodetic datums used for a project, including use of EPSG database and codes. Perform geodetic calculations, and coordinate and datum transformations. Perform GNSS control surveys, and derive coordinates, heights, and azimuths for control points. MARINE ARCHEOLOGIST: Interpretation of survey data in support of marine archaeological requirements. SURVEY PROJECT MANAGER and CONSULTING: Organize and QC of all survey related operations for a project. Develop, review, or QC survey related documents for a project (such as specifications and procedures). Review / QC of survey related deliverables for a project. Survey related cost tracking. CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE: Liaison between client and offshore survey team. Ensure data quality and validate the projects adherence to the scope of work for a large variety of project types. Monitor and document project HSE requirements.
