2 Overview The intricacies and inherently dynamic nature of offshore oil and gas exploration and production projects necessitate a comprehensive understanding of the operations behind them. The speed with which the offshore sector has emerged as the fastest-growing frontier in global oil and gas is paralleled only by the rate at which technological advances in drilling, vessel construction, and maintenance continue to transpire, creating a significant demand for continued training of offshore professionals. 6 INSTRUCTOR Ken Caldwell / Executive Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer / Dynamic Construction Services Mr. Caldwell is an innovative executive with over 30 years of diversified international experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. In addition to a strong working knowledge of offshore engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning and marine operations, he possesses extensive experience in management of Lump Sum turnkey EPC and EPCI projects, including offshore platforms, topsides, pipelines, deepwater floating production systems and subsea installations. More recently, he has led business development for two international companies involved in both onshore and offshore E&C and EPC projects. Before joining Dynamic Construction Services, a full service Construction Division of Dynamic Energy Services International, Mr. Caldwell built two private offshore engineering and construction companies that achieved significant market share and reputations for excellence and technology innovation in deepwater floating production systems. These companies were sold to large international offshore oil and gas E&C contractors, but he was retained as CEO after both acquisitions to insure successful transition. Mr. Caldwell also headed regional business units (West Africa/North and South America) for two international offshore oil and gas construction companies one a public company and the other private equity owned - that achieved record sales and profits. He led engineering and project management teams responsible for design and construction of innovative floating production systems (FPSOs, semi-based FPS s and TLPs) installed in Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, China and Brazil, including the first FPS and first mini-tlp in GOM. Additionally, he led contract negotiation teams and project management teams that were successful in winning and executing six EPC deepwater floating production system (FPS) projects totaling $850 Million, and managed complex remote multi-site operations with culturally and ethnically diverse staff in North & South America and West Africa. 6

Credits EUCI has been accredited as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). In obtaining this accreditation, EUCI has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard which is recognized internationally as a standard of good practice. As a result of their Authorized Provider status, EUCI is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard. EUCI is authorized by IACET to offer 1.0 CEUs for the course.
