As the Managing Director and founder of Orbit Drilling I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the drilling program and ensuring that you receive unparalleled service and support. We understand our clients have individual needs and therefore our approach is to customise a service to adapt to your Company s business objectives. Orbit Drilling is highly recognised within the resources sector, having successfully completed in excess of 100 exploration projects. 5 Our History Established in 1995, Orbit Drilling has built a leading reputation in providing exploration services to clients locally and in remote locations throughout Australia. We are committed to exceed environmental and safety standards and find new ways to incorporate sustainable outcomes for future generations. Flynn Central Business Park, Neerabup Perth, is the headquarters and base for our modern environmentally friendly high performance fleet of 27 Drill Rigs that have the capability to conduct a comprehensive range of drilling techniques including: Reverse Circulation, Diamond Drilling, Air core, Rotary Air Blast and Mud Rotary. Our fleets are fully maintained by a team of qualified mechanics based within the head office complex and rostered in remote areas of Australia. Our Senior Management team has over 100 years exploration drilling experience together with our highly trained drilling crew; we are able to provide reliable, cost effective, management of your exploration or resource program. 7 Our team The Orbit Drilling team is highly dedicated and trained experts in the field of operation. We successfully execute highly sophisticated techniques to provide Reverse Circulation Drilling, Diamond Drilling, RAB/Air Core, Geo technical, Auger Drilling, Mud Rotary and Water Well Drilling services to our clients. We operate throughout Australia and internationally, our experienced staff have successfully executed drilling operations in the most difficult and inaccessible terrains, around the world. Safety Orbit Drilling s operations and activities are conducted in accordance with all legislative Occupational Safety and Health requirements as a minimal standard. Through a cooperatively developed Safety Management Strategy, Orbit Drilling is continuing to nurture a positive safety culture throughout our operations. Orbit Drilling s dedication toward Safety and Health initiatives led by HSE Specialists. Training Our ongoing efforts are to involve all members of our Exploration Drilling Crews in the Nationally Recognised Training program Certificate II, III & IV in Mineral Exploration - Drilling.

8 Water Bores Orbit Drilling is proud of its water bore achievement and is a leading provider in the Perth Metropolitan semi-rural and industrial arenas. Orbit has contracted and sub contracted to major projects in the Perth area and has the capacity to drill wide bore holes for both water bores and anchoring infrastructures. We are able to provide a full water bore service and will organise everything for you including, pump supply and fitting, electrical and work with you for the best possible outcome. We offer set prices for metropolitan water bores subject to location, access and water table etc. Orbit Drilling has also produced industrial bores on numerous mine sites and industrial properties throughout Australia and has several different size drills to perform these projects. 9 Our Fleet Orbit Drilling's extensive fleet utilises innovative technology minimising the environmental impact for future generations. Some of our rigs are dedicated to the smallest possible environmental footprint disturbance. Our team drives the future of the company in Mineral Exploration, Water Well Drilling and Geotechnical applications, and as we understand our clients have unique needs we develop processes without compromising standards. Our high performance modern fleet of Drill Rigs has the capability to conduct a comprehensive range of drilling techniques including: Reverse Circulation; Diamond Drilling; Aircore; Rotary Air Blast (RAB) and Mud Rotary. Our Rigs are designed to significantly reduce ground and vegetative disturbance, they are compact with the capability of drilling to various depths with on board and auxiliary air while s o m e o f o u r Diamond Rigs have the capacity of up to 2,OOOm. We have the ability to competitively quote and complete various projects outside these drilling methods due to the extensive experience within the company and our associate consultants. We also have the ability to drill water wells on most sites where expanding infrastructure (such as proposed mine site) requires this. Orbit Drilling has a highly experienced maintenance team of mechanics based at our head office complex and rostered on exploration sites in remote areas of Australia. This ensures that our equipment is performing at its peak and maximum efficiency. Orbit Drilling are committed to continually improve the way we conduct our operations and outcomes and strive for best practices performance at all times. We have the ability to competitively quote and complete various projects outside these drilling methods due to the extensive experience within the company and our associate consultants. We also have the ability to drill water wells on most sites where expanding infrastructure (such as proposed mine site) requires this. Our progress is shown in the acquisition of 4 X Layne 1800 Diamond Rigs with aii support equipment and vehicies.

10 Orbit Drilling can also provide reverse circulation and normal DTH drilling to assist with grade control, pre-split/buffer-trim blast/production, geotechnical, de-watering, de- pressurisation holes, sterilisation and shallow exploration drilling. Our fleet are compact track mounted vehicles perfect for in-pit grade control drilling operations. The small working track means less clearing and levelling work is required for exploration and all work performed at the natural surface level. All drills are supported by a fleet of drill support trucks specifically designed and built to contain all the equipment and consumables required to keep the drills and drill crews drilling with minimal disruption or delay.
