Step 1 Using Raspberry Ripple, Gumball Green and Bermuda Bay Stampin' Write Markers, ink two opposing swirls of each color on the

Repeat this process so that you have two matching lollipop images, and then punch them out with your 1 Circle punch.

Stick your lollipop stick on one, and pile two Stampin Dimensionals, snugly on each side of the stick.

2 Step 1 Using Raspberry Ripple, Gumball Green and Bermuda Bay Stampin' Write Markers, ink two opposing swirls of each color on the lollipop stamp and stamp your Very Vanilla card stock. Repeat this process so that you have two matching lollipop images, and then punch them out with your 1 Circle punch. Step 1 Step 2 Do a line of SNAIL adhesive down the center of the back of each circle. Stick your lollipop stick on one, and pile two Stampin Dimensionals, snugly on each side of the stick. With your SNAIL adhesive line centered again on the other circle, place it on top. Then cut your 1 x 8 Cellophane Bag so the top part is 2-1/2 long and throw away the excess. Slide it gently over the top of the lollipop and then tie your 3 Summer Starfruit ¼ Stitched Satin ribbon around the bottom and trim the ends.

3 Step 2 Step 3 Cut two Very Vanilla card stock strips 3-1/4 x 1/4 each, and then two 1-3/4 Circle punches. Use SNAIL adhesive to adhere them as shown below, stick the second circle on top of the first and then bend the legs up. Step 3

4 Step 3 Step 4 Cut a 6-3/4 x 1-1/2 strip of the Candle Designer Series Paper (DSP). Then using the zigzag Finishing Touches Edgelits, cut from one end and trim the uncut bit at the end below the zigzag. Using SNAIL adhesive, adhere to the four legs of the cup base while wrapping around. Secure the end with Sticky Strip. Step 4

Step 5 Stamp the sweets for the sweet stamp with a Bermuda Bay Classic Stampin' Pad on Very Vanilla card stock.

Fill a 1 x 8 Cellophane Bag with your chosen small treat and adhere to the very top of the bag and with SNAIL adhesive,

Pierce a small hole on each side and thread 3 Early Espresso Baker's Twine through, knotting it at the front and trim as needed. Step 5 Step 6 Emboss a piece Bermuda Bay card stock with the Honeycomb embossing folder. Pull a sheet of paper out of the notebook, line it up on the embossed card stock and punch where each coil hole is. Snip a slit from the top edge of the card stock, into each hole. Step 6 Step 7 Use SNAIL adhesive on the cover of the 4 x 6 notebook along the edges, down the center and some stripes across for good coverage. Then using Multipurpose Liquid Glue get the spaces between the coils. Quickly stick the card stock onto the cover, carefully slide the notches through the coils and using a spare lollipop stick, roll and smooth them down. Then trim the bottom corners of the card stock to match the round corners of the notebook.

Using the Word Window punch, line the Gumball Green oval up so that the width is centered in the punch and the bottom of the oval is resting on the hinge inside the punch. Then use Sticky Strip as shown on the back of the Gumball Green oval and stick it on top of the Very Vanilla oval to create a pocket.

Step 10 Step 11 Create your card base with

Adhere the Bermuda Bay layer to the Naturals White base with SNAIL adhesive. Use Sticky Strip to make sure your oval will stay on well, and stick it in the center. Stamp the Admit One stamp with the Raspberry Ripple Classic Stampin' Pad twice on Raspberry Ripple card stock and then punch both out with the Ticket Duo Builder punch. Tuck the tickets into the pocket on the oval. Step 11

Step 12 Step 13 Create your square card base with 3 x 6 Gumball Green card stock and adhere the 2-3/4 x 2-3/4 square of the polka dot DSP with SNAIL adhesive. Using the 1-3/4 Circle punch, create a hole in the center and use small pieces of Sticky Strip to adhere the Circle Treat Cup to the underside of the card front. Fill with your choice of small treats, peel the backing off of the Cup's adhesive and use SNAIL adhesive around the edge of the 2-3/4 x 2-3/4 piece of Raspberry Ripple card stock to cover the back of the card front.

Step 13 Step 14 With the Summer Starfruit

Using the longer label from the Chalk Talk Framelits, cut one end first, and then slide it down to the other end to fit the sentiment. Cut a label out of Bermuda Bay card stock, adhere the sentiment to it, leaving a border on one edge and then slide the die to the other end just like before to create a matching border. Put two strips of Sticky Strip on the center of the Circle Treat Cup and adhere the sentiment to it. Step 14

11 Step 14 Step 15 Using the Simply Pressed Clay on your Silicone Craft Sheet, freestyle form four balloons, with flat backs pressed on the sheet, and let dry at least overnight flipping to dry both front and back. Then with your Stamping Sponges and your Gumball Green, Raspberry Ripple, Summer Starfruit and Bermuda Bay Classic Stampin' Pads, sponge color onto each one. Step 15

Step 16 While your balloons dry, line up your 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 Naturals White card stock at the corner, at the bottom of the largest pennant die.

Repeat with your other sheet. Slice these triangles and then cut one large pennant out of each section, so you have six large pennant die cuts.

Step 16 Step 17 Line up each DSP pennant with the top edge of the paper just a hair past the top edge of the pad on the Perfect Pennants die, and with the triangle centered inside the large

12 Step 16 While your balloons dry, line up your 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 Naturals White card stock at the corner, at the bottom of the largest pennant die. Draw a guideline a bit past the other side of the triangle. Repeat on the other side of the page, with the other side of the triangle, so the paper is divided into three rough triangles. Repeat with your other sheet. Slice these triangles and then cut one large pennant out of each section, so you have six large pennant die cuts. Repeat this process again with your party hat and number DSP, so that you have three of each print. Step 16 Step 17 Line up each DSP pennant with the top edge of the paper just a hair past the top edge of the pad on the Perfect Pennants die, and with the triangle centered inside the large triangle. Run it through and this will keep the bottom proportions the same as the Naturals White triangles, but will chop the top off. Then line up the TOP of the zigzag Edgelits die with the top of the, now smaller pennant and run in through the Big Shot as well. Step 17 Step 18 Using SNAIL adhere each trimmed DSP pennant to a Naturals White base pennant, matching the bottom points and sides so that you have a Naturals White border at the top. Starting with a numbers print, line up the top corners of each pennant, pierce, and then use a 1/8 Mini Brad to attach them to each other, with alternating prints. Then pierce the outer corners of your banner and tie a piece of Early Espresso Baker's Twine through each end, (as long as you need it for your hanging purposes).

Step 18 Step 19 Take your dried and sponged balloons and

13 Step 18 Step 19 Take your dried and sponged balloons and flip them over. Place a Glue Dot at the neck of each balloon and attach the end of a 5 piece of Early Espresso Baker's Twine to the dot. Wrap it around the neck three times and leave the end hanging off to one side. It doesn't matter which side, just make sure you start and end the same with each balloon. Flip your balloon back down and use Sticky Strip down the center, covering the twine to hold it in place, and then two more strips to cover the back of the balloon. Leaving the outer two pennants empty, adhere the balloons in the color order shown below to the center four pennants, and trim the twine as needed to make them uniform. Step 19

Step 19 Step 20 Stamp the It's Your Birthday stamp with the Early

14 Step 19 Step 20 Stamp the It's Your Birthday stamp with the Early Espresso Classic Stampin' Pad twice on Very Vanilla card stock. Then using your Gumball Green, Summer Starfruit, Raspberry Ripple and Bermuda Bay Stampin' Write Markers, color the candle stamp with the flame in Summer Starfruit, and the other three colors alternating stripes, and stamp one candle in each circle, aligning it so that the sentiment reads across the top and bottom. Use a Stampin' Dimensional to adhere each circle to the empty pennants, lining them up with the balloons. Step 20
