12 TERMS + CONDITIONS Opening Order - $200 Re-Order - $50 CUSTOMER SERVICE Any customer service issues should be directed to our Customer Service Dept. at or submitted via to: customerservice@fancypantsdesigns.com. Prices and procedures are subject to change without notice. BACKORDERS Fancy Pants Designs, Inc. does not automatically fulfill backorders. All backorders must be requested by the customer. We will contact you if an item is out of stock and you can request it be fulfilled when restocked. RETURNS + REFUNDS Returns must be approved and made within 7 days of confirmation of delivery at the customer s expense. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns for any reason other than damage, manufacturer defect or manufacturer error. Refunds are issued on accepted returns (less shipping + fees) once the product is received and restocked. REPORTING DAMAGES + DISCREPANCIES Any discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order to correct any issue with missing products, damaged material or for any other reason. If damage was caused by the shipper, a claim must be filed with prospective shipper. ALL BOXES AND MERCHANDISE MUST BE SAVED FOR INSURANCE CLAIM PURPOSES. DO NOT THROW AWAY DAMAGED BOXES OR PRODUCT UNTIL CLAIM IS COMPLETE. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT SAVE ITEMS AS PROOF OF DAMAGE, THE CLAIM CANNOT BE MADE, DEEMING THE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. SHIPPING Orders are shipped via UPS. The lowest shipping rate available will be used and exact shipping charges are applied. Customers may request the use of their own company shipping account, but it must be clearly stated on EACH order. International accounts may request the use of a freight forwarder and/or specific shipping methods. PAYMENT METHODS Fancy Pants Designs, Inc. accepts credit cards and pre-approved checks. Credit cards with a declined status will have all orders put on hold for 7 days during which time you will be contacted for alternate payment. If card does not become approved within the 7 day period, product on the order will be released to fulfill other orders. If we are unable to process an order or make contact within 10 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Checks are accepted with a minimum 10 business day processing period. A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned checks and customer will pay all costs of collection associated with the order. Orders that have no payment information or are noted call for credit card will be fulfilled after all other orders and may be delayed for up to 10 business days. PHONE ORDERS Fancy Pants Designs, Inc. is not liable for any discrepancy / miscommunication in regard to orders taken over the phone. Faxed or ed order forms are available upon request. WRITTEN / FAXED / ED ORDERS Orders will be filled as marked, orders that are incorrectly marked by customer or their sales representative will not be approved for return / refund.
