These three models of double head cutting machines are equipped with an automatic control unit, the movement of the moveable head is automatic.

2 500 TS CD D2K Electronic double head cutting machine The double head cutting machines made by Pertici boast unique features in terms of build quality and reliability. These machines are ideal for cutting aluminium and PVC bars with various thicknesses and at different angles. They feature a high level of precision and remarkable ease of use. These three models of double head cutting machines are equipped with an automatic control unit, the movement of the moveable head is automatic. The machines can be supplied with industrial label printer. HEAD TILTING The rotation of the heads around the horizontal axis is activated by pneumatic cylinders. The possible external rotation angles range are from 90 to (fixed reference angles 90, 45, 22.5 ). The cutting heads are equipped with built-in guards with pneumatically-controlled descent. DIGITAL READOUT FOR INTERMEDIATE ANGLES (OPTIONAL) The digital readout of intermediate angles allows the operator to identify with utmost precision the inclination angle of the cutting unit, ensuring high accuracy of profiles cut. Particularly useful for cuts at intermediate angles; it allows the operator to quickly and accurately identify the required inclination angle. ELECTRONIC PROFILE THICKNESS MEASURING SYSTEM (OPTIONAL) This sophisticated electronic system that controls the thickness of the profile enables the automatic correction of cutting length based on the actual size of the profile, with relative tolerance resulting from surface treatments such as coating, anodizing, etc.. The device can be freely used by the operator in different modes. INTERMEDIATE SUPPORT (OPTIONAL) The pneumatic intermediate support is extremely useful when cutting very long profiles with reduced thickness, to avoid the bending of the same. In this case, the pneumatic support automatically creates the ideal condition to support the profile. This accessory is available for all lengths, but it is especially recommended on machines with cutting length of 5 and 6 meters. LABEL PRINTER (OPTIONAL) The industrial label printer enables identifying every cut profile according to the specifications given in the cutting list. Furthermore, the barcode printer enables easy identification of the profile itself, which is particularly useful for subsequent machining phases on the working centres or on assisted assembly lines. The creation of the cutting lists enables optimizing the working cycle as well as reducing scrap pieces and piece loading/unloading times. PUSH-BUTTON PANEL The push-button panel is sliding on bearings and facilitates the use of the machine because it is always positioned next to the cutting unit. X AXIS DIGITAL READOUT The position length of the moveable head along the X axis is displayed electronically by the digital readout that immediately reads the set length and ensures high precision cut. MOVEABLE UNIT POSITIONING The moveable head is positioned manually by moving the special handle, followed by the pneumatic clamp activated by the push button; the position is detected by a magnetic tape and the LCD display that shows the current length where the moveable head is positioned.
