Drill holes to the marked position in the fuselage, Drill holes relevant position in the stabilizers. Marked 5 Epoxy the dummy flaps to the wings. Assemble the aileron servo to the wing with screws as below. Assemble the flap servo to the main wing with screws. TP Screw (.3xmm) 5 Epoxy main wings to the centre wing by main wing joiners. 4 Trim two holes to pull the servo extension lines and fuel tube from the holes. Connect the two flaps with the bended steel wire and keep about mm between the two flap. 55 Instaill the servo in tail of fuselag. 5 50 53 Assemble the rudder servo in the fuselage. Install the servo to the board. Assemble the pin hinge to the wings,the flaps & the ailerons.adjust them to the perfect position. 8 7 30 Drill two holes at the stabilizer root base on rib template and epexy the metal dowel in them. Epoxy the horizontal tail to fuselage.remove paint at fuselage horizontal mating surfaces before epoxy. Stab joiner (0x30mm) Wood dowel (x30mm) 33 3 Epoxy the fibre glass tubes to appropriate position as below. Drill hols to appropriate position in the vertical tail and epoxy the rudder to the vertical tail steadily. Tailing edge Cut away the rubber tube when the epoxy glue dried. According to the rib template drill holes in the stabilizer and fuselage! 3 A ccording to thr rib template drill holes to the tail of fuselage as below. Glue the elevator to the stabilizer by CA and epoxy Assemble the tail wheel as below. Fix the tail gear supporter to fuselage. If coming off during flights, you 'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! 3 Set the U-style wire through the tail of fuselage as below. 35 Epoxy pin hinges to rudder. Ply (30x0x9mm) Note:rudder wheel in optional. 3 Epoxy the tail landing gear to the rudder. 0mm Assemble horizontal tail, vertical tail, tail gear separately. Make sure to glue securely.
