2 LOW LPS1175 Cat.2 duration: 15 mins, working time: 3 mins SECURITY RATING LEVEL 2 Tools Used: Junior hacksaw, hand screwdrivers, pliers, claw hammer, hand drill with 6mm carbide bit, 300mm tubing. Attack Level: A more determined opportunist attack by bodily force and tools with higher mechanical advantage. Probable Locations: Industrial, Offices, schools etc. with no real gain to the criminal but possible vengeful attack and the opportunity to steal minor equipment for re-sale. DOOR Constructed from 16 SWG (Standard Wire Gauge), 1.6mm thick zintec steel sheet material and formed with Dutch-folded seams, the doors are assembled with a bonded honeycomb core prior to welding. Hinge and lock-mount reinforcements are incorporated prior to spray priming / finishing. The door can be manufactured to all required to meet the customers need There are two frame structure options. The frame can be of formed zintec steel that is supplied as a bolt together set or alternatively it can be formed of a rectangular welded hollow section. All hinge cut-outs and lock mortises are reinforced prior to spray priming / finishing. LOCKS All doorsets can be manufactured and fitted using different security level of locking options, from a basic mortice lock to a safe lock. Typical locking options available are detailed below, although bespoke arrangements can be made on request. However, the doors can be made available in other finishes in accordance with customer specification. 4 MEDIUM LPS1175 Cat.3 duration: 20 mins, working time: 5 mins HIGH LPS1175 Cat.4 SECURITY RATING LEVEL 3 Tools Used: all as previous plus 700mm crowbar, 7v power drill with 10mm carbide bit, 400mm hammer, 350mm axe, butane gas torch, scissor jack and a selection of chisels and bolsters. Attack Level: Deliberate forced entry of a well protected premises using bodily force and a wide selection of attack options. Probable Locations: Industrial, Commercial, Offices, schools etc. with valuable re-sellable property such as computers, tobacco, spirits, and electrical equipment held on the premises in a smaller scale. SECURITY RATING LEVEL 4 Tools Used: all as previous plus 12v disc grinder, 3kg sledge hammer, 500mm tube, saw, 3kg fire axe, 12v power drill, 50mm hole saw, 300mm plate shears, 500mm bolt cutters and 150mm steel wedges. Attack Level: Experienced attack by criminals. Probable Locations: Industrial, Commercial, Warehouses, Large Retail Stores and Offices with major source of valuables such as spirits, tobacco, pharmacies, jewellery, electrical goods, all which are stored in a large scale. The Certified rating 3 and 4 doorsets include internal steel armouring and reinforcement of the vulnerable areas. R3 includes a bonded honeycomb core and R4 has a formed 3mm steel core. Both are welded assemblies with Dutch folded seams; R3 incorporates a Z section at the leading edge, R4 has an integral slam, both are designed to protect the locking points. 6 VERY HIGH SECURITY RATING LEVEL 5 Tools Used: all as previous plus 1100W 200mm dia. circular saw, 6kg sledge hammer, 750w reciprocating saw, 1100W 125mm disc grinder with 3 discs, 750W power drill with rotary / hammer action 13m carbide bit, 1500mm pinch bar, wood boring bits and 50mm hole saw. Attack Level: Professional attack into high value storage areas, generally after penetrating the façade. Probable Locations: Cash Offices, Bonded Storage Areas, ATM Rooms, storage of sensitive computer data and similar. Museums, Art Galleries holding high value works of art. Heavy duty bolting mechanisms are employed, together with strategically positioned reinforcements. The door is pivoted and incorporates full height dogging. The standard finish is primed although several options are available. FRAME LPS1175 Cat.5 The frame is a fully welded steel construction incorporating fixing points, pivot mountings and bolt housings. EXTREME SECURITY RATING LEVEL 6 Tools Used: all as previous plus 2100W 300mm dia. Circular saw, 2000W reciprocating saw, 2300W 250mm dia. Disc grinder with three discs, 2000W power drill with rotary / hammer 20mm carbide bit, 1500mm tube and saffire Portapak cutting blowtorch bit. Attack Level: As above but with enhanced equipment. Probable Locations: Very high sensitive materials (Military, Government etc) or major financial locations.
