1. General Characteristics Universal 2-part and 3-part door hinges for aluminium doors. The hinges combine high functionality, user-friendliness and high security with an aesthetic design.

Certified in accordance with CE, KOMO and SKG. Maximum vent weight: 120 kg (2-part), 160 kg (3-part). Advantages Simple assembly with direct screwing or assembly with clamping plates. The door hinges are non-handed. 3-dimensional adjustment with only 1 allen key after installation of the door. Support pins prevent the frame part and the vent part dropping. Clip-on cover caps which are also secured by a screw. Higher security against burglary by a security pin when the hinges are mounted externally. 6 4. Adjustments Both the 2-part hinges and the 3-part hinges can be adjusted in 3 directions. The adjustments can be done by one person, on a mounted door, without unscrewing the hinges. Gasket pressure adjustment All adjustments can be made accurately with a 5 mm allen key. Stepless adjustments: Height adjustment: -1 mm / +4 mm Horizontal adjustment: ± 3 mm Gasket pressure adjustment: ± 1.25 mm Note: the gasket pressure adjustment is spread over the frame part and the vent part: Frame part: -0.5/0/+0.5 mm Vent part: -0.75/-0.25/+0.25/+0.75 mm Height adjustment Horizontal adjustment Thanks to the unique horizontal adjustment there s no visible offset between frame and vent part of the hinge. Adjustment 3-part hinge: After adjusting the gasket pressure, the eccentric bush in the vent part must be kept in its position by the positioning pin (underneath the cover cap). Alternatively, you can also use a 4 mm allen key. Then you turn the vent, the axis is fixed with the grub screw and the positioning pin is removed. Finally, the aluminium cover cap is placed and fixed. K

7 5. Special characteristics 5.1. Support pins The vent and frame parts are each provided with 2 support pins which engage into the profile. Primarily these pins prevent the vent dropping, but they also provide a better positioning of the hinge when mounting. Frame part Vent part 5.2. 10. Installation and application example 10.1. General With direct fixing K15.13 The necessary drilling holes can be made very quickly and accurately by using a drilling jig.

Holes ø10 mm for the screws, holes ø6 mm for the support pins. The screws must be screwed in minimum 2 profile walls. The profile wall thickness must be at least 1.7 mm to have a good fixing. Mount the hinge parts on the profile and fix them. The support pins prevent the vent dropping, but they also provide a better positioning of the hinge when mounting. With clamping plates The necessary drilling holes can be made very quickly and accurately by using a drilling jig. Holes ø10 mm for the screws, holes ø6 mm for the support pins. Slide in the clamping plates and position them in front of the fixing holes. Mount the hinge parts on the profile and fix them. The support pins prevent the vent dropping, but they also provide a better positioning of the hinge when mounting. K
