1 CNC Programmers, Machinists, Operators Dynomax is looking for operators, machinists and programmers available for basic setup through complete processing of advanced components for CNC turning/cnc milling machines - utilizing metal machining knowledge to set-up and develop machine processes as well as operate a variety of CNC machines to produce high-precision machined parts. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available! Location: Wheeling, Lincolnshire, IL Positions involve: Accurate record keeping. Able to read and interpret drawings and work instructions. Proper inspection of first-run and in-process parts. Safe operation of CNC machinery. Ability to set-up and machine components. Ability to create and edit programs on Mastercam and Unigraphics NX software. Ability to keep a safe and clean working environment. Requirements: years experience in programming, editing, set-ups and operating of CNC machines for precision parts. Read and understand GCode/measuring equipment. Interpret drawings with complex GD&T symbols. Manual agility. Experience with: o CNC mills - 3 to 5 axis. o CNC lathes with live tooling. o Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls. For Programmers: o Mastercam programming and/or Unigraphics NX software experience. o Experience with limited dimension drawings and solid models CNC Machinist: JOB CODE: 070
2 CMM Operator Description of job duties Developing / writing CMM programs to check manufactured parts. Provide useable feedback to production in their terms to communicate the inspection results. Programming includes development of both First Piece inspection programs as well as production inspection programs. Inspection of product is expected as necessary based on production demand. Location: Wheeling, IL Shift: 1 st or 2 nd Skills and experience required 5 years experience programming PCDEMIS and / or CMM MANAGER software. 5 years experience operating Brown & Sharpe and / or LK Metris CMM equipment. Strong GD&T interpretation and measurement abilities. Reading / Writing English. Following and completion of inspection documentation. Use of Inspection Equipment such as micrometer, caliper, height gage, plug gages, vision system / Comparator. Education: High School or above. 4 CNC Machinist - Swiss Style Turning Dynomax is looking for machinists available for basic setup through complete processing of advanced components for Swiss Screw and/or CNC Automatic Lathe Machinist: Utilizing metal machining knowledge to set-up and operate Swiss Screw machines to produce precision machined parts. This involves: Accurate record keeping Able to read and interpret blue prints Proper inspection of first-run and in-process parts. Operate and set up Swiss Screw machines. Ability to keep a safe and clean working environment. Location: Lincolnshire, IL Requirements: years of experience in Screw machines for precision parts. Read and understand measuring equipment Interpret complex blueprints as well as a variety of geometric and trigonometric principles Manual agility required Experience with carbide micro tooling a plus. 5 Machine Re-Builder Job responsibilities Disassembly of machine tool, evaluation of components, reassembly with new components, and test of entire assembly after rebuild. (Primarily CNC 3 axis milling machines) Ability to work under pressure and with time constraints, team-oriented, professional and organized. Work with in-house maintenance and machine shop to rebuild equipment. Must be able to work independently and follow through on instructions Location: Wheeling/Lincolnshire/Mundelein, IL Job requirements: Qualified candidates should possess a broad industrial machine mechanical background to include but not limited to Minimum of 10 years experience Excellent troubleshooting Experience in repairing and maintaining mechanical components including ball screws, ways, pumps, hydraulics, machine slide mechanisms, work-head and spindle rotary devices. Proficient with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Must be able to use and interpret (micrometers, calipers) schematics, drawings and technical manuals. Experienced with use of machine levels, drawbar testers and other test equipment used to test and align CNC 3 axis milling equipment. Manual Bridgeport and Lathe experience a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills. Physical/Mental Requirements: Restrictions are limited only by the individual s inability to perform essential job duties and where an unsafe condition would result for the individual or surrounding employees. 6 Associate Project Manager Description of position: Plan, coordinate and direct customer machining orders from start to finish. Location: Wheeling, IL Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Confer with management, production, and engineering staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. Coordinate and direct projects- construct detailed plans and direct technical activities across corresponding departments. Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients. Communicate design changes to customers. Skills: Ability to operate in a high volume high stress manufacturing environment. Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles and techniques on CNC machining design/production processes in production. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their applications. Exceptional customer service and management skills- Ability to adjust actions in relation to others. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality control procedures. Experience: 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing company producing components for aerospace industries preferred.
