7 Standard Action tab Checklist action Use Type and Category as filters where needed Set Organization and Site if you want to restrict access to the checklist to specific Orgs/Sites For a checklist action leave these two fields blank Set to Default unless the action is an MOC Pre or Post Start Action when this field is used to control whether the action can be added or not Use Repeatable? if you want to define an action that can be added more than once to the target application. For example ad hoc actions 7

8 Standard Action tab Review Action Use to identify as a Review Action Use Review Items if more detailed responses may be needed needed as the result of a question Use to define the type of responses needed on the target application. If not checked these response will not be visible on the target application 8
