2 Dear Partners, We appreciate all the support that you ve shown North Star Games since we released our first game in As the industry landscape changes, we want to ensure that all our partners can compete on a level playing field and continue to support and invest in our games. As such, we instituted two new sales policies effective February 6th, 2018: We adopted a Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP), which is available at This MAPP will increase profit margins for all our retail partners, so that you can continue to invest in valuable services that grow the gaming community and create memorable customer experiences, such as a well-trained sales staff, in-store game demos, and organized tournaments. We designated Amazon.com as a restricted sales channel and limited our Amazon distribution to two authorized third-party sellers. Together with these partners, we will monitor our product listings and remove the unauthorized sellers who often compete on price instead of on service. We re launching a new line of games! We call them Happy Planet because every game successfully achieves one main goal: We look forward to releasing many more exciting and engaging games and continuing our partnership in the future.
