2 Casino Event Guide for Venues Blackjack Let s Work Together! Thank you for your interest in 21 Nights Entertainment. This Event Guide will familiarize your event sales team with the casino games and event packages we offer, what to expect before, during and after your event, and how we create a memorable experience for you and your clients. We look forward to working with you soon! Our Services Poker Casino Parties As guests arrive, each receives casino chips - typically 1 or 2 thousand - for use at the various table games. The guests then play for up to four hours. If guests run out of chips, they can be allowed to be receive more chips - at your discretion. At the end of the evening we count the players chips and - if prizes will be offered to the top winners - those winners will be declared. (More info on Prizes later in this Guide) Poker Tournaments The event starts with up to 10 players at each table. During the course of the event, players will win chips from the other players at their table. Once a player runs out of chips they are eliminated from play. As player counts dwindle, tables are consolidated until there is one Final Table. 3 The Games We Offer Blackjack Each player is given two cards face up. The dealer is given one card face up and one face down. The object is to get as close to 21 without going over while beating the dealer who plays by a specific set of house rules. You re given the option, among others, to stand with your point total or hit to try to increase it. Blackjack is by far our most popular casino game and is considered by many to be the easiest to play. Roulette Craps Casino Event Guide for Venues Poker (Texas Hold Em) The most popular version of poker played today! In Texas Hold Em, players each get two cards face down. and after rounds of betting five community cards are dealt. Whoever has the best five card hand using either of their two cards and/or the five community cards wins the pot! Roulette In Roulette, players are given colored chips to place on a number or series of numbers of their choice. The dealer then spins the wheel. If it lands on your number or group of numbers, you win - it s that simple! Craps Craps is one of the most energetic, fast-paced (and loudest!) games in the casino Try your luck and throw the dice! 4 Casino Event Guide for Venues Prizes Prizes are normally given to the player(s) with the most chips at the end of the event. Casino Party and Poker Tournament prizes (if offered) would be provided by you, your client, or a sponsor of your client. What s given as prizes is up to you, but by law (in most states) prizes cannot be cash or a cash equivalent. Prizes can range from bottles of wine to dinner at a local steakhouse, weekend trips, hotel stays, or some of the latest tech gadgets. The only limit - aside from budget - is your imagination! We can give guidance on appropriate gifts for your group upon request. Event Packages For every 50 guests at a Casino Party, three games are usually required. Poker Tournaments require one table for every 10 participating players. The number of games needed may vary based on factors such as meals and other in-event entertainment on hand (seated dinner, DJ, live band, dancing, etc.) No two events are the same; all packages can be customized to fit your needs. Our in-house design department will create enough high value (1K) chips for all of your guests, with your client s logo and/ or message on them to redeem for change at any of our gaming tables. At the end of the evening, those chips are redistributed to your guests as momentos of the evening s fun times. 6 Casino Event Guide for Venues How We Work With You Simple Pricing Are you booking an event on short notice, or during a holiday weekend? Is the event for a birthday party, convention, or wedding? The amount of event notice, specific dates, and even the type of event can sometimes influence vendors pricing. Not only is this a bit unfair, but the extra phone calls and s to figure out vendor pricing can slow you down when you re trying to get a proposal in your clients hands quickly. We get it, and we offer simplified pricing to help you get the sale, year-round!** We re flexible Many of our casino event competitors take a one size fits all appproach for every venue. They ll offer an event package built their way, arrive with staff dressed their way (if you re lucky!) and run your events their way - and usually that s all right for everyone. What happens, though, if a particular event has space, time or budgetary restraints? More guests than anticipated or fewer? Event adjustments have to be made, and a this is how we always do it attitude just won t do. We re always glad to refer business! From time to time we get inquiries from prospective customers looking to put together a casino night, but don t yet have a venue lined up. 7 Frequently Asked Questions What s included in your event packages? Our base Casino Party and Poker Tournament packages include: Quality casino game tables, fully equipped with chips, cards, dice, wheels, etc. Professional, friendly and knowledgable dealers - professionaly dressed, of course! - to run the games for up to four hours (or more!) of playing time. A floor manager (or more for larger events) to oversee the event staff, answer guests questions about the games, and work with you on event day to ensure that you, your client and their guests get the most out of your event. Delivery, load-in, setup, breakdown and load-out of the games. How far in advance should we book with 21 Nights Entertainment? We book on a first come, first served basis. We recommend that you book once your client has secured your space. How long is your standard booking time? Standard is four hours, measured from the beginning to end of casino play. For an event booked from 7 PM to 11 PM, we arrive and set up well before the event. The games open to guests at 7 PM, and continue until 11 PM. Casino Event Guide for Venues Our client wanted to have a [speech/cocktail hour/dinner/presentation/ etc.] before the casino opens and everyone starts playing. Is that OK? Absolutely! Let us know your full event timeline and we ll come set up the equipment well before the guests arrive. What if we took a break from the casino to have our [dinner/speech/ etc.]?
