1 WAPELLO COUNTY FAIR 2017 Winner of the Quilt Block Contest was Nolene Bremer, Bloomfield. Nolene received a $25.00 gift certificate from The Sewing House, Ottumwa, Iowa. THe Blind Man Golf Cart Races were won by Sawyer Manley and Kenny RIce representing the Eldon Fire and Rescue. They won $500 for the Eldon Fire and Rescue.
