Friday Night May 2 nd, 2014 Giant MONSTER GAMERA (1965) The original Gamera movie in Cinemascope and black-and-white! In Japanese with English subtitles. Cheezy? Yes, but better than you might think. Saturday Morning May 3 rd, 2014 Godzilla vs. the sea monster (1966) Continuing our terrible tradition of showing the classic Godzilla films, we return with the follow-up to the GHIDORAH series which we ended with in There will be a recap of the previous Godzilla films in the series before beginning this one. - LUNCH BREAK - Saturday Afternoon May 3 rd, 2014 A Godzilla-DREAM TEAM PRESENTATION Authors and Godzilla experts Steve Ryfle and Ed Godzishewski will present highlights from the Toho Studios and a first look at their new book on classic kaiju director, Ishiro Honda. BREAK The annual Godzilla roar contest Prize giveaways / Coloring contest announcement A Godzilla-related classic - BATTLE IN OUTER SPACE Considered by far, the best Japanese sci-fi feature film. In Color and TohoScope Saturday Night May 3 rd, 2014 A GODZILLA event! Godzilla vs. biollante (1989) The first sequel to GODZILLA 1985 and a much better movie. This film was never released in the U.S. We will also show deleted scenes provided by Ed Godzishewski following the screening.
