2 Meeting Reminders All meeting sessions, socials, refreshments will be in Nautilus. ALL SPEAKERS: Please plan your talks to be 20 min in length (allow for a 20 minute presentation + 5 additional minutes for questions) Please upload your talks as early as possible- - by 6:00 pm for evening sessions and by 10:30 pm the night before morning sessions. Soft drinks, beer, wine, and snacks will be served in the meeting room (Nautilus) by Asilomar personnel from 8-11 pm on Thursday- Saturday nights. NOTE: The session breaks will be taken when the refreshments arrive (usually after the completion of the 2 nd talk of the session). On Sunday, 12/15/13, coffee and pastries will be available in Nautilus from 9am 12Noon. Box lunches should be picked up on Sunday morning at Crocker Dining Hall.
