About the principle instrument Structure Numerical Control regulator 5V DC-DC 10KV Measuring voltage bleeding chain Controller Measurement circuit 6 Enter the test product
LCD Keyboard Some features of each LCD Keypad: Responsible for the keyboard, display. NC regulator: PWM circuit producing high-efficiency standards for 0-5V output. DC-DC 0-10Kv: with step-up transformer, high conversion, high voltage DC output 10kv. With short circuit protection Divider circuit: 10KV high pressure, converted to 5V, to facilitate AD collection. Measuring circuit: for data acquisition, current transformation. Controller: will all of these modules to complete the measurement. Resistance or resistivity of the main factors a. Temperature and humidity General resistance of the material with the increase of temperature and humidity decreases. In contrast, the surface resistance (rate) is sensitive to environmental humidity, and body resistance (rate) is more 7
sensitive to temperature. Humidity increases, the surface leakage increases, the body will increase the conduction current. Temperature, the movement of the carrier rate is accelerated dielectric absorption current and conduction current will increase accordingly, according to the information reported, the general media in the 70C 20C when the resistance is only 10% of the time. Therefore, the measurement of resistance of the material, you must specify the sample to reach equilibrium with the environment temperature and h b. Test voltage (electric field strength) Dielectric resistance (rate) values are generally not in a wide voltage range remain unchanged, that this does not apply Ohm's law. Room temperature, at a lower voltage range, the conduction current with the applied voltage increases linearly added, the resistance value remains unchanged. After more than a certain voltage, the ion of motion increases and the increase in conduction current increases faster than the test voltage, the resistance of the material is decreased rapidly. Thus, the higher the test voltage applied, the lower the resistance of the material, resulting in different voltage resistance test in the material may have a greater difference. It is noteworthy, resulting in material changes in the determinants of resistance is the test of the electric field strength, rather than the test voltage. On the same test voltage, if the distance between the 8
electrodes of different tests on the test results of resistivity will be different, the smaller the distance between positive and negative electrodes, the test value is smaller. c. Test time DC voltage with a certain pressure on the material being tested, the test materials to stabilize the current value is not instantaneous, but there is a decay process. The pressure at the same time, charging current flows through the larger, then more time to slowly decrease the absorption of current, the conductance of the last to achieve more stable current. The higher the measured resistance value, time to reach equilibrium is longer. Therefore, the measurement in order to properly read the test resistance, should be read in the stable value or to take pressure readings after 1 minute. In addition, high insulation resistance value is also related to its charged history. For accurate evaluation of electrostatic properties of materials, materials in the resistance (rate) test, should first deal with its power consumption, and standing some time, the standing time desirable for 5 minutes, and then, and then measure the program testing. In general, a material testing, at least 3 to 5 randomly selected samples were tested, with its average value as the test results. 9
d. Leak test equipment In the test, the circuit connection is not high insulation resistance, often inappropriately sample being tested, such as parallel sampling resistor, the measured results may bring a greater impact. To do this: To reduce measurement error protection technology should be used in the leakage current of the circuit protective conductor installed to basically eliminate stray current effects on the test results; High-voltage lines due to surface ionization, some leakage to ground, so try to use high insulation, large diameter high-voltage wire as the high voltage output cable and the connection as short as possible to reduce the tip, to prevent corona discharge; Polyethylene, Teflon and other insulating materials test bed and support the body in order to avoid the causes of such tests was lower. e. Outside interference Insulating material with high DC voltage, current through the sample is very small, vulnerable to the impact of outside interference, resulting in a larger test error. Thermoelectric potential, contact potential is generally small and can be neglected; electrolytic potential is mainly wet specimens produced with different metal contacts, only about 20mV, 10
and indeed the static tests require relatively low humidity, when tested in a dry environment, you can eliminate potential electrolysis. Therefore, outside interference is mainly the coupling of stray current or potential generated by electrostatic induction. In the test current is less than 10-10A or measuring more than 1011 ohms resistance; being tested samples, the test electrode and the test system should adopt strict screening measures to eliminate the impact of outside interference 11
