2 DUS LED Introduction DUS LED: rapid upgrading for greater efficiency DUS LED the new and simple solution for retail and industry, and designed to conveniently upgrade existing trunking systems to LED. Replanning of lighting systems is not required and existing mounting rails can still be used; only the standard T8 luminaire inserts are replaced 1:1 with DUS LED during installation. With 130 lm/w and a service life of up to 50,000 hours (L80/B50), DUS LED is especially efficient. 3 DUS LED Refurbishment / Module Replacement Rapid installation with rotary catches The DUS LED module was designed specifically as a refurbishment solution. This means that previously used wide distribution 1x 58 watt T8 luminaire inserts can be replaced directly with the LED modules. The key to quick upgrading is the rotary catch on the outside of the housing: installers can easily reach the rotary catches manually for rapid replacements. The LED modules can be freely positioned within the DUS system dimensions of 307 mm.
