9 Modeling Results validated by AECOM Revising modeling to add Twin Peaks as un-funded station EE will use FasTracks Operating Plans for Opening Day (2015) and Build-out (2035) Two scenarios: FasTracks Stations All Stations (includes the un-funded stations) 9

11 Railroad Negotiations Continue to negotiate with the BNSF Railway Company anticipated completion end of 2009 Met with BNSF staff on proposed track layout Minor adjustments being made to accommodate BNSF requests Comfortable moving forward with alignment for use in environmental impact analysis 11

13 Fencing Review RTD Fencing Policy Current RTD policy is to fence the corridor New FRA guidance on fencing anticipated in 2009 NWR Fencing Subcommittee Established to acknowledge and address concerns about fencing (included jurisdiction reps and interested agencies) Outcome = NWR Fencing Recommendations that will be included and evaluated in NWR EE Jurisdictional preferences for treatments were identified by subcommittee members and will be noted in EE Local jurisdictions did request use of no fence in some locations or as general desire throughout These requests will be documented in EE 13

15 Quiet Zones Update Accomplishments to Date Diagnostic Field Reviews held on July 17th and August 13th Revised Grade Crossing Report Forms for each crossing Next Steps Noise Analysis Determine quiet zones based on noise analysis Revise Grade Crossing Report Forms based on mitigation requirements Draft Quiet Zone Report 15

17 Station Footprints Finalizing conceptual station layouts with jurisdictional stakeholders General completion on all but one station Will post the station footprints on NWR website and share with public at Corridor Workshops in Spring Interest in corridor parking presentation and discussion?
