9 RCA RCD Flow Curve The flow curve shows the relationships between the inlet pressure P 0 and the back pressure P 2 in the RCA regulator. The different flows are adjusted by the regulating valve (7). The back pressure, P 2, in this case is atmospheric pressure. The flow is maintained practically constant when the pressure at the inlet is 200 mbar higher than the back pressure P 2.
