From years of research and customer feedback, we have gained in-depth understanding of vibration therapeutic theories, mechanism, applications, limitations and risks. We believe if properly used, whole body vibration plate can bring you with great health benefits. In order to achieve your desired fitness and therapeutic results, we have the following suggestions. 1) It is recommended to use this machine on daily basis, two or three times a day, each for a 10 minutes session. Long-term use can help achieve your desired goals. 2) Start with low frequency and low amplitude and gradually increase the intensity as you feel comfortable and begin to enjoy the benefits. 3) Good work and live habits, including a healthy diet, help enhance the benefits from the whole body vibration exercise. 3 Exercising on vibration plate has similar effect as walking or running. Please be cautious if you have damaged cartilage disks. Vibration can impact your cartilage disks when you stand straight on the machine. Some people may not feel comfortable to endure the intensity of high frequency vibration. Please do your research or seek expert advice to decide if high frequency vibration is a good fit to you. Some users experience DIZZY or NAUSEOUS using HIGH frequency vibration. We suggest new users to start with low frequency and low amplitude settings. You can gradually increase the frequency and switch to high amplitude once you get used to the vibration and start to enjoy the benefits. It also helps if you use certain poses to reduce the amount of vibration transferred to your upper body and head. You can reduce the vibration on your upper body by curling your legs. You can also reduce the vibration on your head by slightly bending your spinal column. 30 Day Return and Refund Policies Please us via sc@vibrationtherapeutic.com to initiate the return. For orders fulfilled from SpecsPro LLC warehouse, within 30 days from the date you receive the product, the item purchased is allowed to return to our warehouse in Minnesota for a full purchasing price refund. The item should be returned brand new, unused (except for minor trial use), and in the original undamaged packaging. Please the proof of purchase (usually the order copy) and the reason of return to warranty@vibrationtherapeutic.com. Our representative will contact you to issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form and the return instruction. You should receive full purchasing credit within 7 days the returned item received in our warehouse. If packaging inside the box is damaged or any accessory missing, we may charge up to 10% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. For return or replacement of defected units within 30 days of receipt, SpecsPro LLC is responsible for the return shipping cost. SpecsPro LL is responsible for replacement shipping cost if replacement other than refund is desired. For orders fulfilled by Amazon, please follow Amazon s return policies. We will do what makes it right for you. 2 Year Product Warranty For Model VT003F High Frequency Vibration Plate, SpecsPro LLC offer two year product warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If the unit is damaged or not functioning properly under normal use, we supply the parts to you free of charge and pay for the shipping. In case the unit needs to be sent to our Minnesota warehouse for repair, you will be responsible for inbound shipping cost and we are responsible for repair or replacement (within 7 days) and ship it back to you. 2

4 After 2 year warranty, parts are available for purchase for at least another three years. Product warranty is automatically registered at the time you purchase the product. For claim, please warranty@vibrationtherapeutic.com to initiate the warranty process. You will need to provide the proof of purchase (usually the order copy) as well as the reason of claim. Safety Concern & Conditions The machine is designed to use indoor in dry environment. Place the machine only on a solid and level floor. Switch off and unplug the machine after use. On a hard and smooth floor, if you let the machine running without the load of body weight, it can drift on the floor, similar to a cell phone drifts on a hard wood desk when it vibrates. Please do not run the vibration without your body weight on the machine. Please don t allow the machine running unattended. We suggest you use the machine on a solid floor with carpet. If you use it on a wood framing structure floor, the vibration transmitted to the floor will make more noise. If you have to use it on a wood framing structure floor, we suggest putting a cushion pad between the machine and the floor. That will help absorb some vibration. Do some warm-up exercise before using the machine. Don t use the machine immediately after meal. Machine Operations The machine is designed for in door use. Place the machine on a solid flat floor. Plug the machine in the 110V / 60Hz electricity supply, switch on the main switch at the backside of the machine. You are ready to take the ride. VT003F has a default running session time of 10 minutes. Running session time can be set to 20 minutes maximum. Vibration frequency can be adjusted from 15 Hz to 40 Hz. Vibration amplitude can be toggled between Hi and Lo. Machine can be controlled from either control panel or remote control. Remote control is infrared type. Please point the remote control towards the remote receiver window on the control panel. 3

5 Machine Control Panel Indicators TIME Display Display session timer set when the machine is powered on but in idle mode. Display remaining minutes when the machine is running. SPEED/MODE STRONG* SOFT* Display manual mode or a preset programmed play mode when the machine is idle. Display the speed when the machine is running. Red light indicates the machine is on high amplitude mode. Green light indicates the machine is on low amplitude mode. * Tiptoe on the platform to feel the difference between high amplitude and low amplitude Buttons TIME/SPEED (+) TIME/SPEED (-) ON/OFF Functions When the machine is idle, press to increase vibration session timer. When the machine is running on manual mode, press to increase vibration speed/frequency. This button does not work when the machine is running on preset programmed play modes. When the machine is idle, press to decrease vibration timer s time. When the machine is running on manual mode, press to decrease vibration speed/frequency. This button does not work when the machine is running on preset programmed play modes. Turn vibration on and off, after the main switch is turned on (powered on) MODE Select manual mode 00, or preset programmed play modes P1, P2 and P3. SWITCH RC Receiver Switch intensity between Strong mode and Soft mode. The button does not work when the machine is running on preset program modes. Remote Control needs to point to the RC Receiver window to work. 4

6 Remote Control Button TIME SPEED ON/OFF Function Set session timer when the machine is idle. This button does not work when the machine is running on preset program modes. Increase and decrease speed when the machine is running on manual mode. This button does not work when the machine is running on preset program modes. Turn vibration on and off. MODE Select manual mode or preset program modes P1, P2 and P3. STRONG SOFT Switch to high intensity mode. This button does not work when the machine is running on preset program modes. Switch to low intensity mode. This button does not work when the machine is running on preset program modes. Please note, in the following situations, certain control buttons are DISABLED for logical reasons: 1. When the vibration is running in any mode, MODE and TIME button is disabled. 2. When the vibration is runing on programmed play mode, Intensity switch (SOFT and STRONG), TIME and SPEED are disabled. In the idle mode, all buttons are active. Setting timer and selecting control mode are enabled on when the machine is idle. Press On/Off button to start vibration session. The power-on button on the remote Setting the Parameters 1. Power on the machine using the main power switch at the backside. The console will light up. 2. Select manual mode 00 or preset program mode P1, P2 or P3. 3. In the manual mode, indicated as 00 on the Freq. / Program display, user can use P buttons on either Console or Remote Control to choose frequecny levels from 15 Hz to 40 Hz in 20 levels, and set session timer from 1 to 20 minutes. 4. In the manual mode, user can use P buttom to toggle between high amplitude mode and low amplitude mode. 5

7 Vibration Frequency (Hz) 5. In the preset program mode P1, P2 or P3, the frequency and amplitude are programmed to run with a certain pattern in a 10 minutes session. The frequency button and time control buttons are disabled. 6. Press Play / Pauls button on either control panel or remote control to start vibration session. Manual Control & Programed Play Modes User can manually control time, frequency, and amplitude at manual mode (displayed as 00 mode), or choose from three Programmed Play modes (displayed as P1, P2 and P3) for various designed applications. At manual control mode (00), the default session time is 10 minutes. Session time CAN ONLY be changed when the machine is idle. When the machine is running on vibration, time button is deactivated. User can change frequency and toggle amplitude level while the machine is running. At Programmed Play modes (P1, P2 and P3), the vibration runs on cycles with frequency increase or decrease every 5 second, combined with intensity switch. Each Program Play is set to run 10 minutes, each cycle 95 seconds. The chart below shows the frequency change pattern in each cycle. 8 When the machine is running on Programmed Play, buttons that change frequency, amplitude and time are all disabled. When the machine is running, the right side LCD on the control panel displays the vibration frequency level. 9 Suggested Basic Poses Users can be creative in using this machine to vibrate desired organs or tissues. We would suggest the following poses for you to start with. One of the most important notes is that you can control the amount of vibration transferred from your feet or hands to the rest of your body by purposely straightening or curling your joints like knees and spinal columns.
