When adjusting the pulley height, make sure the spring pin is fully engaged. If not, it may slip and cause serious injury. 8. 6 STEP Assemble Main Frame TO EASE THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS. DO NOT TIGHTEN BOLTS UNTIL INSTRUCTED. NOTE: Before installing plastic parts, please allow them to acclimate to room temperature or they may be damaged. CAREFULLY install all plastic components using a Rubber Mallet Install two Oval End Caps () onto both ends of each of the Base Frames () as shown.. Install two Round Caps (8) into the top and bottom ends of the Rear Upright () as shown.. Attach two Base Frames () to the Main Frame () using four /" X -/" Hex Bolts (9) and four /" Washers () as shown. Do NOT Tighten.. Attach Front Upright () with the numbers facing forward to the Main Frame () using two /8" X " Hex Threaded Bolts () and two /8" Spring Washers (). TIGHTEN the two /8" X " Hex Threaded Bolts ().. Attach Rear Upright () to the Main Frame () using two /8" X -/8" Hex Bolts (), three /8" Curved Washers () and one /8" Nylon Nut () Insert two Plastic Guide Rod Holders (8) completely into the Main Frame () as shown. Insert both Guide Rods () into the Plastic Guide Rod Holders (8)

7 STEP Assemble Main Frame IMPORTANT If you have 9 Weight Plates, DO NOT install the two Stack Spacers (), See figure & below.. Refer to Figures and. If you have weight stack plates (), install the Weight Stack Spacers () onto each guide rod. If you have 9 weight plates, DISCARD the Weight Stack Spacers ().. Slide two Rubber Donuts () onto one end of each Guide Rod (). Slide each Weight Plate () over Guide Rods (). Make certain that each plate is oriented with selector hole opening on the bottom and facing forward.. Attach Top Plate () to Selector Rod () using Top Plate Bolt (), TIGHTEN. Thread the Double Pulley Holder () into the Selector Rod () 0 full turns. Slide Top Plate () and Selector Rod () over Guide Rods () as shown.. Remove the four Pre-installed /8" Nylon Nuts () and /8" Washers () from the two Base Frames (). Attach Right Support Frame (8R) & Left Support Frame (9L) to Main Frame () and two Curved Washers (), Four /8" Washers (), and six /8" Nylon Nuts () as shown.. Install Cable Height Adjuster () onto the top of the Front Upright (). Install Stoppers () with M8 X /8" Inner Hex Screw () at the top and bottom of the Front Upright () as shown. 8 STEP Assemble Top Frame. Cap four Oval Caps () to the Top Frame (). Insert two Plastic Guide Rod Holders (8) into Top Frame ().. Attach Pulley Bracket () to the Top Frame () using one /" X -/" Hex Threaded Bolt (0) and one /" Washer () Attach Top Frame () to the Front Upright () using two /8" X " Hex Threaded Bolts () and two /8" Spring Washers ().. Attach Top Frame () to the Rear Upright () using two /8" X -/" Hex Bolts (), three /8" Curved Washers (), and one /8" Nylon Nuts () Attach two Swivel Pulley Housings () to the Cable Height Adjuster () using two /" X -/" Hex Bolts (8), four /" Washers (), and two /" Nylon Nuts (8).. Tighten all bolts.

9 STEP Install Cable / CABLE (0) P P P P P IMPORTANT! Read this page and the next pages in their entirety before completing the cable installation steps. Do Not tighten bolts until told to do so. P. The Cable installation process involves a single cable but the steps in this manual are divided for clarity.. Install Pulleys simultaneously with the cables. P P. Refer to the Figure Boxes above and the Cable Overview drawing shown to the right for the steps below. The entire cable will not be shown in all steps to allow for a clear view of the pulleys and cables. P Install two Pulleys (9) using two /8" X -/" Hex Bolts () and two /8" Nylon Nuts () with the Cable (0) routed upward as shown. P & P Install one Pulley (9) each using one /8" X -/" Hex Bolt () and one /8" Nylon Nut () routed as shown. P & P Install one Pulley (9) each using one /8" X " Hex Bolt () andone /8" Nylon Nut () routed as shown. NOTE: The second Pulley will be installed in a future step. Refer to the Boxes above and the CABLE OVERVIEW drawing at the right for cable routing and hardware requirements when following the steps below. P P8 P Continuing from Step P, install Pulley (9) by halfway removing /8" X " Hex Bolt () being careful to keep the pulley/cable located next to it in place. Secure with one /8" Nylon Nut () as shown in block P. P P Install Pulley (9) by halfway removing /8" X " Hex Bolt () being careful to keep the pulley/cable located next to it in place. IMPORTANT: Adjust Cable Tension Refer to (Fig.) Cable (0) length can be adjusted by turning the /"X -/" Hex Threaded Bolt (0) at the top of the machine clockwise to remove slack. 11 STEP Assemble Panel & Single Handle & Counter Balance Cord. Attach Decorative Panel (0) to the Top Frame () using two /" X /" Inner Hex Screws (), and two /" Spring Washers (). 0. Route Counter Balance Cord () with 0mm Pulley (0). attach it to the Top Frame () using one /8" X -/" Hex Bolt () and one /8" Nylon Nut (). Attach the top end of Counter Balance Cord () with one mm Clips () on the back of Cable Height Adjuster (). Attached the other end of Counter Balance Cord () with one mm Clips () on the Main Frame () Attach two Single Handles () to the hand of Cable (0).. Tighten all bolts.. 15 Assembly is complete! Please take the following steps before using the gym:. Make certain all bolts are tightened securely.. Make certain all cables are seated into all pulley grooves. A cable rubbing against steel will peel the nylon coating, voiding warranty and resulting in a need for replacement.. Pre-stretch the cables. Put the Selector Pin () in the bottom hole on the weight stack. Pull on the cables with great force, helping remove any kinks and providing any initial cable stretch.. Be aware the cables can loosen and slightly stretch upon initial use.. The cables should be adjusted as tight as possible, but no so tight as to lift the Top Plate () above the weight stack. Be certain to secure the jam nuts after adjustments are made.. For better performance, apply a household lubricant (such as silicone) to any adjustable areas and to the Guide Rods ()..
