3 Important Safety Information NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Prior to assembly, remove components from the box and verify that all the listed parts were supplied. SAFETY INFORMATION WARNING! Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with preexisting health problems. XMARK Fitness assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage sustained by or through the use of this product. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS This unit should only be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only. XMARK Fitness recommends an equipment mat be placed under the unit to protect the floor or carpet and for easier cleaning. Wear comfortable, good-quality walking or running shoes and appropriate clothing. Do not use this unit with bare feet, sandals, socks or stockings! Always examine your unit before using to ensure all parts are in working order. Do not leave children unsupervised near or on the unit. Service to your unit should only be performed by an authorized service representative, unless authorized and/or instructed by a XMARK Fitness technician. Failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty. 3

6 Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts until machine is fully assembled. Step Connect Upright Frame (#) to Base Frame (#8) using: one M0*75 Button Head Cap Screw (#) two Φ*Φ3* Flat Washer (#9) one M0 Nylon Locknut (#5) Repeat Step for other side of XM

Step Connect Back Pad Support Frame (#5) to both Upright Frames (#) using: four M0*80 Button Head Cap Screw (#3) eight Φ*Φ3* Flat Washer (#9) four M0 Nylon Locknut (#5) two Small Plates (#) NOTE: Small Plates (#) are to be placed on the outside of the machine. Connect Left and Right Angle Supports (#, #3) to Base Frame (#8) and Cross Frame (#9) using: four M0*80 Button Head Cap Screw (#3) eight Φ*Φ3* Flat Washer (#9) four M0 Nylon Locknut (#5) Connect Left and Right Angle Supports (#, #3) to Upright Frame (#) using: two M0*75 Button Head Cap Screw (#) four Φ*Φ3* Flat Washer (#9) two M0 Nylon Locknut (#5) Connect Right and Left Chin-Up Bars (#6, #7) to Upright Frames (#) using: four M0*75 Button Head Cap Screw (#) eight Φ*Φ3* Flat Washer (#9) four M0 Nylon Locknut (#5) two Bolt cap (#0) two Big Plates (#) NOTE: Big Plates (#) are to be placed on the outside of the machine. 7
