The Hall IC internally includes an onchip Hall voltage generator, a voltage regulator for operation with supply voltages of 3.8 to 30V, reverse protection diode, temperature compensation circuitry, smallsignal amplifier, chmitt trigger and an output driver with a pullup resistor. They are designed to respond to alternating North and outh poles. While the magnetic flux density(b) is larger than operate point (B OP), the output will be turned on (Low), the output is held until the magnetic flux density(b) is lower than release point (B ), then turn off (High). RP The MT4412 family provides a variety of packages to customers: OT23/OT89B for surface mount and flat TO92 for throughhole mount. All packages are RoH compliant. 01/10
