We do not coat calibrated lenses. o we can not remove coatings o In case of ordering a tinted lens as a replacement always send us the other lens also as a colour sample (in case of plastic lenses only) but only if the lens does not have other surface treatment on it. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that the colour will be the same. If any surface treatment is ordered on a tinted lens the tint can slightly differ from the sample in the colour sample tray. Orders for not standard colours can only be accepted on the basis of sending a sample lens. We only tint in pairs. o in case of lenses with prism it has to be taken into account that the prism can change the production range therefore we advice to have consultation for high powers before ordering the lens. o Out of range orders can be sent by . Price: 0.1 euro per piece. Lens cloth Please always use the special order form towards your customers for taking orders of Hoyalux id, Hoyalix id LifeStyle, Hoyalux id WorkStyle. This form is available on Please order by Hoyalog. (only out of range or excel orders are accepted by ) Please contact export coordinator or export coordinator assistants for sending you the English version of HLHU Hoyalog. We can make your local language version if required, but the main work of translations has to be done by you. You receive a daily order confirmation from us by . Please check this daily against your orders to avoid that any orders get lost. You also receive a delivered and pending order report daily. You can follow the evolution of your order in Hoyalog. Please order non- bulk QSP finished stock lenses for replenishment of your inventory on the agreed excel form by or if it is necessary by fax. We will agree daily order limits per type with you. In case you do not respect these limits, your order will not be delivered immediately but taken in backorder. In case you order by Hoyalog big quantities of stock lenses without forecast we will block your orders. ABC METS has to be calculated by you and entering in Hoyalog. In case of stock out o we supply Rx (there can be a small deviation in the colour of the coating) (unless specified differently on your datasheet) o in Semi-finished product or a production problem, we will contact you within 24 hours and propose a free of charge upgrade.

3 General conditions HLHU catalogue If you use our catalogue as a basis for your catalogue but you do not order through HLHU, there are deviations from the program of other Hoya suppliers. Delivery times that are mentioned in the catalogue are the delivery times to Hungarian customers. If you order from HLHU, then you have to add the extra time for your logistics until the lens arrives at your customer. Other Ordering conditions o Cannot be ordered in pair: Lenses with different indices (this would give differences in rest reflex and can cause adaptation problems) Traditional and FreeForm design lenses Lenses with different AR coatings Photochromic lenses with different colours Lenses with different colours Q.S.P. and Rx lenses o Special: Hilux lenses can be ordered as balance lenses with an id progressive lens only in the same index as id progressive o In case of ordering indoor lenses, bifocals and progressives always give the side markings also o Oval shaped progressive lenses are only available for the Hungarian market and cannot be ordered by Hoyalog. PRODUCTION OPTIONS Prism The dioptre of the available prism can be found on the technical page of the catalogue. In case of ordering prism give the direction of the prism base. Sharp edge In case of ordering sharp edge the edge thickness of the lens is reduced to 0,3mm and this reduction influences the centre thickness of the lens accordingly. It is recommended to order sharp edge in case of convex lenses with higher dioptre than +2.75D. Sharp edge cannot be ordered for mineral lenses. Nylon edge In case of ordering nylon edge the edge thickness of the lens is increased to 1,8 mm and this influences the centre thickness of the lens accordingly. It is recommended to order nylon edge in case of convex lenses. Nylon edge can only be ordered for mineral lenses if the optician has a machine suitable for grooving mineral lenses. Different thickness In case of a pair of lenses with significant dioptre difference the production option Different thickness is recommended. The thickness of the lens with the lower dioptre will be adjusted to the thickness of the lens with the higher dioptre. Different diameter In case of Rx lenses it is possible to order diameters other than the standards mentioned in the catalogue. In case of Rx lenses the standard diameter is up till 60mm. The available smallest diameter in case of abroad production is 35mm, in case production in Hungary 48mm. Different curvature The base curve of Rx lenses is defined by the dioptre and the diameter. Ordering different base curve is recommended in case of curved frames but it has to be taken into consideration that the higher base curve influences the thickness of the lens. Please only order the special high base curve lens type for this. High base curve is not available for the following lenses: Double aspheric aspheric id high base curve is not recommended for progressive lenses. In order to define the exact base curve, base curve metre has to be used. We don not take any responsibility for the mounting or edging of high base lenses. The range is defined not to have prismatic problems

4 Decentration In case of Rx lenses it is possible to decentre the optical centre and it can be maximum 5mm per side. When ordering always mention whether the decentration should be to the nasal or the temporal side. Decentration is not available for the following lenses: Stock items Double aspheric Aspheric Indoor lenses Progressives and double progressives Bifocals, Executive Trifocals Lenses with METS Balance lens In case of ordering a balance lens we can only give a discount price - 50% of the normal price if the balance lens is ordered with the same type and dioptre of the other lens. In such cases please contact our Customer Service. For ordering a balance lens, you can use Hoyalog, if the patient can see nothing a plano can be ordered. If the patient can still see a little bit with that eye, you can order either the reading power or a progressive. Matt lens It is only available for Rx lenses. METS It is a thickness reduction process which guarantees a more aesthetic and thinner result in convex range. The Hoya system calculates the most optimal diameter and the ideal lens thickness on the basis of the fitting data and the data of the frame. The advantage of METS is that in case of nylon frames the nylon edge is automatically made and in case of drilled frames the ideal edge thickness is considered at the holes. ABC METS ordering is done by your calculation and put in Hoyalog To order Hoyalog METS GT3000 tracer is required. Hoyalog guarantees the highest possible preciseness for you and your customer. The importance and aesthetic result of METS is best noticeable in case of the following convex (+) lenses: Progressives: sph+cyl+add > dpt, Single vision and bifocal lenses: sph+cyl > dpt, if cyl>0.50 dpt 180 (±30 ) Ordering Hoyalux id, Hoyalux id LifeStyle, Hoyalux id WorkStyle is done always with ABC or Hoyalog Mets. If you need to receive the ABC METS determination sheet please contact the export coordinator or the export coordinator assistants, and we can give you the necessary training (during training we accept fax.) ABC METS in each case should be calculated by the partner(and send via Hoyalog), HLHU does not have the capacity to accept fax order with ABC METS. Cut&Edge The Cut&Edge makes it possible to edge the lenses with special precision without sending in the frame. It is necessary to have the GT3000 tracer and the Hoyalog programme. By tracing the frame and choosing HELP option in the Hoyalog programme precisely edged lenses will be delivered to your shop. Minimum B size is 22mm. Cut&Drill The Cut&Drill makes it possible to edge and drill the lenses with special precision without sending in the frame. It is necessary to have the Hoyalog programme, in which by choosing the frame in the frameslist and the cut and drilling in the HELP option, precisely edged lenses will be delivered to your shop. Grooving You can ask for grooving on the lenses in the Hoyalog programme by tracing the frame and choosing HELP option. Polishing You can ask for polishing in the Hoyalog programme by tracing the frame and choosing HELP option.

5 General conditions Forecast procedure: We will send you a forecast form in each month, asking for the next 6 month expected order quantity (from the 6 month the first 3 is always frozen period, so you are not able to make changes in it). We have a monitoring system to guarantee that we will not sell the lenses that we have ordered for you to another client: We translate your forecast into a daily expected order quantity. A monitoring system checks every day your cumulative average daily order qty with your daily order quantity. In case you exceed your forecasted cumulative daily order quantity, we will contact you and discuss a solution (which might mean Rx deliveries afterwards at higher prices). Your daily order quantity is recalculated and confirmed, every month after receiving your forecast, but is only implemented after the frozen period. Forecast rules: 1. In case the forecast is not correct and there is a request, we investigate if the daily limit can be increased anyway during the frozen period, but only at the beginning of the next month. (We do not know the sales per day of other customers, which can be high at the end of the month. We cannot give away the stock that is reserved for them during the month.) 2. In case the forecast was wrong and we cannot increase the daily limit, all the supplementary orders are accepted but entered as HLHU bulk Or you can ask support from HVEU. 3. In case of stock problems, with correct forecast Hoya delivers Rx lenses at stock prices if the customer accepts (different label but same bag is planned, in case of AR, color can slightly vary), or upgrades free of charge. 4. In case the customer gives much too high forecast (more then 2 times reality) and create overstocks problems, customer commits to buy these overstocks generated within 3 month frozen period, if Hoya cannot sell it to another customer. 5. In case an item is taken on stock for a single country then forecast accuracy should be 80%, otherwise the country has to sell out eventual overstocks. The evaluation to take an item for a single country depends if the forecast is high enough to set up a base stock. (The agent have to notify 4 months in advance that he like to stop with this product.) Please always indicate your planned Promotions together with your forecast, so we can also estimate the effects on stock/rx and rx/rx or SF. If forecast is not consistently sent, Hoya takes in account your last forecast (last month) result. OTHER CONDITIONS The delivery risk is on the customer from the time of receiving the goods. Order cancellation can not be accepted in case of RX lenses in case of stock lens order can be accepted before delivery. With the placement of an order the customer accepts the above mentioned conditions. PRICE All the prices in the purchase pricelist are per piece in EUR without VAT, ex works. Hoya Lens Hungary Zrt, reserves the right to change the prices at any moment. The prices mentioned in the catalogue are in HUF and for design purposes only, please replace them with your advice prices. PAYMENT CONDITIONS The payment deadline is indicated on your customer data sheet. In case of nonpayment deliveries will be blocked. We send out a statement of balance in each month for confirmation.

6 General conditions DELIVERY When we start to work together we ask you to fill an export data sheet. Our customer service is open from 8h30 till 17h (GMT +1) on working days. And telephone service also available from 17h till 19h. Please communicate by if possible. Complaints concerning the delivery should be sent back within 1 month, unless it falls under one of our guarantees. All deliveries are ex-works. Mobile:+36/ COMPLAINTS We can only accept complaint lenses sent back with the correctly fulfilled Complaint Table Form together with the shipment slip within 1 month. The lenses with guarantee are only exceptions. Always ask your client to check the lenses very carefully before edging (power, coating, type, etc.) because we cannot accept calibrated lenses as a complaint. The coatings with guarantee are only exceptions Non adaptation problems of progressives are not credited. In case of production error of progressives you receive the credit note. This is because in most cases the error is coming from wrong fitting or wrong prescription and this is your local responsibility to check this. We advise to use the non-adaptation form in case you have a problem, it is available on In case you send this form fully filled to our Hoyalux advisor we try to advice you. Please always note the concrete reason (e.g.: We ordered different power, I received grey instead of brown) of the complaint and attach the shipment slip or the copy of it and if it is possible also attach the guarantee card and write the number of the shipment slip on the complaint bag! For every shipment fill out and attach the Complaint Table Form and please send it also via to viktor.sipos@hoyalens.hu and gabor.toth@hoyalens.hu. Please sign Hoyalog order number of each orders in the complaint table! Do not write on the original lens bag! Deadlines to send back complaint lenses: In case of RX lenses: 1month In case of stock lenses: 6months G1 (guarantee on coatings) 2years G3 (guarantee against cracking and breaking of PNX lenses) 1year The complaints are evaluated within 2 weeks and we send acknowledgement in the Complaint Table Form. The accepted complaints will be credited. Please inform us if you would like us to send back the rejected lenses! Please don t wait with the reordering of the complaint lens till our answer! 8 HOYA GUARANtee 5 Hoya's guarantee: security you and your costumer Quality guaranteed by Hoya (-) Two-years guarantee for Super Hi-Vision, Hard Hi-Vision view Protect, Hard Hi-vision Aqua, and Hoya Hard Coat. Hoya guarantees to replace lenses G1 handled appropriately of which the quality of the surface treatment is exceptionable within 24 months. 2 years guarantee on coatings G1 guarantee card can be ordered optionally on the name of the wearer for a symbolic price (1 HUF). The G1 quality coating guarantee can be put forward even without a card. G 2 Six-months adaptation guarantee for Hoyalux progressive lenses. If your customer is not satisfied with their Hoyalux lenses Hoya replaces them in the quality and correction value equal to the original ones only if the fitting rules are complied with (see drawing of progressive lens). In case you would like to have a higher category lens instead of the ordered one you will only have to pay for the price difference. In case you want the original lenses replaced with either a bifocal or a single vision refund is not possible. How to put forward Hoyalux progressive adaptation guarantee: 1. Fill in the adaptation form together with the wearer. 2. Send back the adaptation form together with the lenses. 3. The complaint handling department analyses the problem. 4. Our Hoyalux advisor contacts you in order to solve the problem. Please note, that the replacement lenses should not be ordered before discussing with the Hoyalux advisor because it is not in every case that we can give a credit note. 13 10 HELP Hoya Edged Lens Program The HELP Cut & Edge program is the ordering option according to the shape of the frame, which makes it possible to order lenses with special accuracy without sending the frame to us, by giving the necessary data for edging. Technical requirements: GT3000 tracer and installed Hoyalog With Hoyalog software and GT3000 tracer you are able to create the 3D model of the lens with high accuracy. Ordering of the accurately edged lenses is possible via Hoyalog by tracing the frame and choosing HELP option.
