2 Fruit of the Loom To show the color variety of their T-shirts with a huge stack. Chose to put them against a large skyline. Selected stock. Selected photographer. Directed shoot to match into stock shot. Image edited the shirts. Edited the stock scene for color and for quality as well as giving it the fish eye look to enhance the high stacked feel. Imaged the shirts into the stock scene. Output to an 8 by 10 transparency.

3 KFC/YUM Give us image of new Family Meal with Honey BBQ Wings and Oreo Brownie for use with their POS merchandising and print. Chose photographer and directed shoot. Color corrected image, stripped in a separate shot of a Oreo Brownie. Stripped out the table surface and replaced it with a much more attractive surface using color that reinforced appetite appeal but was still dark enough in value for a headline to pop.

4 Lucas Films & KFC/YUM Client request: Take low rez composite generated from Lucas Films and illustrate in high rez for print and for 20 banner usage. Total rework. Check out the Elvis side burns on Yoda. In Yoda speak that is Side burns you gave me mmmmmm?

5 PepsiCo Can you make it not so static... make it dance? Took transparency, scanned it, tilted it and slammed it visually. Gave them back an 8 by 10 transparency per their request.

6 Maker s Mark & Warren Lynch Shot digitally with an acrylic mold. Make it look like a high speed shot at the perfect moment when the ice cube hits the bourbon. I color corrected and image edited until it looked right as a true high film speed shot careful to hold to the critically correct bourbon color.

7 Red 7e Advertising Compress it. Compressed it. And tilted it to match the supplied design.

8 Heartland Bagel We shot this for our menu board. Can you make it look like someone might want to eat it? Total rework without altering the integrity of what they were providing. They wouldn t let me add more stuff which is what it really needed.

9 KFC/YUM Client wanted to enhance the perception of the quick service restaurant experience. I conceived a calendar called The Fine Art of Dining Out to be given out in the pre-holiday season at the store level. The trick here was to take famous fine art paintings and inject the KFC brand into them while keeping in-style with the original artist. Degas

11 Sleeping Bear Press Can you illustrate B is for Bluegrass, an alphabet book for children ages 5 to 10 years old? This book also teaches historical Kentucky facts. They gave me the title R is Run for the Roses to see if I was the right guy for the book. My approach was to illustrate from the eye level of a 5 year old. In this case I put them out on the track which is, stangely enough, where I would want to be.

12 Sleeping Bear Press Finish it. My solution: I did finish it after one year. I kept with the unusual angles and perspectives from a 5 year old POV throughout the book. B is for Bluegrass is available at all national bookstores with an MSRP of $17.95.

13 Collaboration Let s do a book... Dr. Vincent Maniaci, president of American International College, wrote the book and asked if I could illustrate it. It s all about party animals. This is the cover art.

14 Senior Olympics We need a 20 Year Anniversary poster that will promote the Olympics, the sporting events and the towns that have hosted the Olympics since their inception. To make the math work, I combined at least two events for every illustration. I chose to put the town in the background that was being celebrated. In these two samples Pittsburgh and Orlando are the towns represented. The finished poster is on the far right.
