2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS General Trading Information and Conditions Trading Accounts can be applied for on 30 day terms. Management reserves the right to close such accounts, should circumstances require. Bond Imaging shall retain legal title for all goods supplied, until such time as full payment is received for all accounts outstanding. Account Numbers It would be appreciated, where possible, if customers would include their account number on all orders. Goods and Services Tax is included in the nett price. Prices This comprehensive service guide contains information on all professional Commercial services currently available from Bond Imaging. Clients requiring sizes not specified in the price list will be charged at the price of the next size following. Sizes listed for prints and transparencies are approximate and it should be noted that metric sizes are not exactly comparable to those in inches. Cash Sale Clients may be requested to leave a deposit of 50% of the total job cost, at time of ordering. All jobs submitted are to be covered by an official order. Prices Listed are Applicable from August 2013 and supersede all earlier offers. The prices are subject to change without notice. Special Quotes We have the equipment and facilities to confidently offer special quotations on large orders. Please contact our Sales Manager. Where a written quote has been supplied, the quote number should be included with the order. Liability Whilst every effort is made to safeguard films, photographs, artworks and files in our possession, liability is not accepted by this establishment for any loss(es) and/or damage(s) suffered by the customer, as a result of the customer leaving for whatever purpose, any films, photographs, artworks and/or files with this establishment, whatsoever is comprised in such loss(es) and/or damage(s) and however such loss(es) and/or damage(s) came about, including any negligence by any member of this establishment. Colour Fidelity It should be noted that some colours and dyes will not always reproduce faithfully on different materials. Should there be any doubt please check with our Production department. Our products cannot be warranted against change of colour from excessive exposure to light. Our paper / material suppliers can offer estimates on colour fidelity and product life. To Prevent any Misunderstanding it is requested that all instructions given verbally be confirmed in writing in the form of an official order. Damage Claims and/or return prints, must be made within 10 days after receipt and be returned with original order envelope. At this point Bond Imaging will assess your claim for a redo. Pick up and Delivery is available in the Metropolitan and Suburban area by arrangement and will be charged at current commercial rates to our clients' account. Postal Deliveries Completed orders can be returned by post, or via overnight courier or rail. These services will be charged at current commercial rates to the client. Claims for damage should be made immediately and be accompanied with the complete details of the parcel. Clients wishing to insure parcels in transit may call our Customer Service department who will advise the charge and make the necessary arrangements. Packaging & Freight to local or interstate destinations can be arranged. No responsibility is taken by Bond Imaging for any damage to goods being freighted. Claims for redo's will not be accepted in this situation. Insurance coverage can be arranged on request to compensate against potential freight damage. The cost of insurance will be an additional charge to your order and is based on the total value of your goods. Please contact customer service for a quotation. Large format sheet film available by special order only Discounts are available for large orders of Kodak film. 20 PRINT FINISHING Canvas Mounting Your print is mounted to artist's canvas. The textured weave of the canvas is impressed into the print and imparts the appearance and feeling of a canvas painting. Following your instructions the print can be placed onto a stretcher ready for framing.
