Minimum labour charge : A$12.50 Our file specifications are; 8-bit TIFF or JPG files with no layers or channels. Colour Space = Adobe RGB (1998) Resolution : 300ppi at required print size Include any borders you require as part of file. Electronic uploads through our website are free of charge. Only upload JPEG (Level 12). No TIFF files. If you want Lambda prints (not mini-lab prints) please specify in your order "LAMBDA PRINTS ONLY". You will be charged the relevant Lambda rate. We recommend B&W prints of varying sizes be done on Lambda to minimise colour variations as minilab uses various paper batches (in different widths) which cause minor variations. 8 Acrylic Photo Stands and Photo Blocks SERVICE TIME : 5 to 7 days Acrylics in Photo Mounting Acrylics by their nature are hygroscopic, and will on very rare occasions have problems of outgasing; showing up as bubbles under a mounted print. Although we only have the highest quality acrylic to minimise this problem it is impossible to totally eliminate it. Customers using acrylic as a mounting medium please be aware. Acrylics are a fantastic mounting media for photos, especially when applied using good facemount techniques where the photo is mounted underneath acrylic. The clarity and sparkle of the acrylic enhances the colours and vibrancy of your image while also providing protection and rigidity. The finished product looks fantastic, is very long lasting, has UV protection and is very robust ideal for galleries and public hanging. We are experts at Acrylic facemounting and can offer a range of innovative products to enhance your photos. Acrylic Float Frames This is the basic Acrylic mount done in 3, 6 or 10mm with diamond polished edges and with a hidden aluminium backing frame. The Acrylic is spaced or floats off the wall by 12mm. Acrylic Alupanel In this product, the acrylic is backed with an aluminium panel producing a very strong sandwich panel. Looks fantastic and is very durable -comes with your choice of hanging system. Acrylic Gatapanel In this product, the Acrylic is backed with a 10mm Gataboard and finished with a black or white edging. Acrylic Gatapanel is relatively lightweight with a black or white edge relief providing a nice dimension to the finished product - comes ready to hang. Acrylic Stands Fantastic freestanding product, made with 10mm Acrylic to give added strength - available in black or white base. 10 MOUNTING & LAMINATING MINIMUM CHARGE PER ORDER = A$25 GENERAL INFORMATION Using the Mounting & Laminating price list 1. Measure print in centimetres or inches. 2. Add length and width together to obtain united centimetres (ucm) or united inches (uin). Eg.: 20x30cm print = 20+30cm = 50ucm. 3. Go to the relevant price list and find the column for product being priced. Read price in column corresponding to the size unit. If size of print is in between units in price list, use the next highest unit. Rush jobs Our normal turnaround for mounting and laminating jobs is 5-7 working days for most standard jobs and longer for non-standard jobs. Although we will assist our clients by undertaking rush jobs it must be understood that such jobs by their nature are prone to a higher risk and problems. We do not take any responsibility for problems in jobs where the turnaround is less than 24 hours. Labour only jobs We do not as a rule, do labour only jobs such as trimming of prints. We will assist our clients when requested to undertake such jobs, but only on the basis of all care no responsibility. Couriers Please note that we take no responsibility for your works once it leaves our premises. Since mounting and laminating jobs are fragile, we recommend that you pick up yourselves or use a courier you can trust. Your finished job will be packed securely in bubble or corrugated card and labelled with fragile stickers, but this does not guarantee against rough handling or dropping. Please note that we also have a service called heavy-duty pack where your job is packed between two layers of extra heavy card with foam strips all around the sides. This form of packing is very robust and is recommended for any parcels being shipped interstate or overseas. We also recommend this for valuable work being shipped locally or if you just want extra security for your jobs. Heavyduty packing is chargeable please call us for a price. Mounting on material supplied We take a lot of care in our selection of mounting medium to maximise the quality and longevity of your mounting job. There are many factors that can lead to long and short term problems. Some examples are moisture, material stability and surface impurities. For this reason we cannot guarantee any work undertaken on material supplied by the client. Warranty Policy Customers should note that mounting and laminating is an irreversible process and by its very nature is susceptible to occasional problems from faults in the material or human error. For this reason, we recommend against mounting or laminating expensive originals. Should you wish to proceed with such works, please make us aware of their value so that we can handle with appropriate procedures. Furthermore, please note that our mounting & laminating warranty extends to the value of the services supplied by us only and does not include the value of the print.

Forex 3 & x 3.0 Very popular mount board for displays. Lightweight, strong and waterproof. The 3mm is flexible and can be curved slightly. Can be used outdoors. Available in oversize sheets. Available in black. Clear Acrylic 3, 6, x 2.4 Used in light boxes. Also use as face-mount with print viewed through the acrylic. Edges can be polished. Print on GLOSS MEDIA ONLY if face-mounting. Uses Styrene 0.5 & x 2.4 Low cost, flexible backing. The 0.5mm can be rolled. Alupanel x 2.4 Aluminium skinned composite board. Very strong but lightweight. Very smooth surface for premium mounting.
