1 Plateau Portraits Portrait Sessions Creating custom portraits on the Sammamish Plateau since Our family portrait sessions are personally designed to fit your needs and illustrate your lifestyle. Considerable time, care and materials are expended to produce your portraits. Each portrait print includes detailed image retouching, facial blemish retouching and image enhancements. Presentation of your portrait images is scheduled approximately one week following your session. Your most valuable possession is your family. When you display a wall portrait in your home, you view the rewards of your life on a daily basis. Portrait Sessions - Sammamish area - $100 Extended locations in King County - $150 Clothing Selections Wear long sleeved shirts and long pants. Bare arms call attention and take focus away from the subject s face. Solid tone garments look the best. Choose earth tone shades of green, brown, khaki, grey and blue. Women can wear more feminine tones like baby blue, magenta, pink, etc. Avoid patterns such as stripes, plaids, floral prints, logos and bright colors. Do not wear too dark (black) or too light (white) colors! White next to the face pulls attention away from the face. When viewing an image, your eye will be drawn to the lightest area of that image. The goal of a fine portrait is to direct the viewer s attention to the subjects faces. Shoes, socks and hose should match the outfit. Avoid white shoes or socks. Women should avoid very wide neck or particularly deep V-neck garments, turtle necks and bulky cowl neck sweaters that completely hide the neck. Women being photographed in full length should wear pants, long skirts, or darker stockings/hose in order to keep the eye from being directed toward the legs and away from the face. Men should have their hair cut about one week before the portrait session and be clean shaven. Portrait Information We offer wall portraits, portrait paintings, coffee table albums, portrait gift prints, wallet photos, mulit - pose portfolios, announcement cards, collages and portrait slide shows with music. Prior to your portrait session please review our brochure and determine what portrait items you would like. You ll be creating your own custom portrait order. Your portrait package determines how many images we create, the time involved and what locations we ll travel to. To take advantage of our prices please order your portrait package within two weeks following the image presentation. Canvas portrait on stretcher frame - These portraits are hand printed, retouched, and embedded in artists canvas. Lacquer is applied for a distinctive finish and then mounted on a custom wood stretcher frame. Canvas Gallery wrap portraits - Hand printed, retouched and wrapped around a custom wood frame. Metallic portrait prints - Custom portraits printed on metal and mounted for wall hanging.

9 Policies Please review our portrait products and create a preliminary print request. This helps me plan your session. The session fee is payable at your portrait session. $100 deposit towards portrait prints, plus sales tax is required when using a gift card or gift certificate. Minimum portrait order - $150. Portrait orders must be completed within two weeks after your portrait presentation. Balance due on pickup of portrait order. Washington State sales tax applies to all portrait orders. Retouching and print enhancements are included on portraits. Portrait images are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission. We reserve the right to use portrait images for display or promotional usage. $30 fee for NSF checks. Extensive location travel by quote. $50 fee for cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours of appointment. Important Note A 50% surcharge fee will be added to orders that are placed beyond two weeks after the portrait presentation.
