4 ADDITIVES, DILUTANTS, CLEANERS CREATEX COLORS ADDITIVES, DILUTANTS & CLEANERS 4008 Restorer A biodegradable cleaner for removing cured paint from an airbrush, spray gun and any surface. Use as a bath to soak metallic parts in partially dissolves cured, water-based paint allowing for easy clean-up with soap and water Cross-Linker Activator for Scenix SSR Clears and Scenix Mural & Theme Paint. Compatible with all Createx paints. Adding 4015 to paint creates the highest level of cross-link density (full cure) improving the physical and chemical resistant properties of the final coating A mild dilutant used for thinning paint viscosity. Compatible with all Createx paints. High Temperature - Use when painting over 27 degrees C. Use of 4011 when temperatures are high is more suited to spray gun application. Compared to 4012, 4011 allows colors to flow longer for improved orientation of pearls & metallics and leveling after drying when painting in hot conditions Airbrush Cleaner A mild, water-based cleaner for rinsing colors from airbrush while painting Balancing Clear A water-based, urethane resin. Mix with any Createx paint to create an acrylicurethane mix. Improves flow and reduces tip-dry. Increases adhesion and mar resistance Reduces drying times. Also works as a durable, inter-coat clear. Dries to a satin, clear finish Standard dilutant for thinning paint viscosity. Compatible with all Createx paints. Medium Temperature Use for most applications, especially in temperatures between degrees C is a specialty dilutant that assists drying in humid conditions. Assists drying when painting in temperatures under 16 degrees C works best by mixing with 4012 to create a cocktailed dilutant. Red Violet, Sepia, Burnt Umber are the base colours. Erasing techniques were used to build multiple layers of colour and texture. Towards the end of the work I heavily reduced colours to tint and wash areas helping melt the image together.
