This report has been submitted in accordance with Article 11 of the Arrangement, and in particular paragraphs 11, 12 and 2 thereof 7 See COM.TEX/SB/691, paragraph 12. The previous report by Yugoslavia is contained in C0M.TEX/SB/605/Add.25. The TSB's observations on restrictions maintained by participating countries in 1980 are contained in its report to the Textiles Committee for the major review of the MFA (COM.TEX/SB/610 and Addenda 14). The measures and are applied in accordance with Article XVIII:2b) and Section D of the same Article of the General Agreement. 2. The measures are applied on the imports from all sources. 3. Actual restrictive measures on textile products entered into force the 1 of January 1978 and remained unchanged until now. 4. In may 1981 the import of a 'number of textile products was liberalized (total of 59 tariff lines). The liberalization covers the import value of 810 millions of dinars in The decision of liberalizaton was published in the Official Gazette of SPRY No. 27/ Copies of bilateral agreements on trade in textile products with the EZC, United States and Sweden have been supplied.
